If you missed it, let’s get to the El Final del Paraíso recap.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Big mouth

Cata Grande tries to convince José “Jota” Luis Vargas (Francisco Bolívar) and Santiago Sanin (Roberto Manrique) to stay put. They’d rather leave, because they don’t want to put Cata Grande’s career at risk. They’re fugitives, after all, but Cata Grande doesn’t care. She’s risked her career before, and she’s willing to do it again. They won’t listen, though.

Before they leave, Cata Grande gets a moment with Jota and begs him to tell her what exactly Albeiro is suffering from. He says that’s a thing between them, and it’s better if Cata Grande talks to him herself. She can’t, though, as he’s missing. She tells Jota this and eventually convinces him to tell her the truth. She’s shocked to learn Albeiro has HIV and was infected by Yésica “La Diabla” Beltrán (Kimberly Reyes).

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Jota’s plan

After they leave, Jota and Santiago have a problem. They have no idea where they’re going to stay now that Santiago has apparently decided staying with Cata Grande was too risky. He’s frustrated by the situation and how he just wants to have his family back.

Jota thinks they need to focus on how to keep from being spotted while roaming the streets. He’s going to put his hopes elsewhere. Specifically, in a group of homeless people sleeping nearby. There’s plenty of clothes lying about to chose from, and Jota helps himself to something for each of them before they take off.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Meeting set

Edmundo “Sombra” Dorantes Borrero (Mauricio Cujar) is still freaking out about his missing fellow fugitives and speaks with Daniel Cerón Venegas (Juan Pablo Llano). He wants to discuss that as well as the information that Daniel was supposed to provide about Soraya (Eileen Roca). He’s still working on it, but has something else to deal with. Vanessa Salazar (Estefanía Gómez) wants to meet with Sombra. He’s agreeable to this, and promises to get in touch with directions later.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Putting the fun in dysfunctional

Our dysfunctional narco family gets even more explosive today. Literally. Post tour of the operations, they all sit down in the Blue Dolphin (the restaurant serving a front for the production). During this meeting, Diabla gets in touch with them and reveals that Aurelio “El Titi” Jaramillo (Gregorio Pernía) had tried to warn Cata Grande about the bombing of that anti-drug meeting.

Everyone is furious and pull guns on him, but El Titi has apparently not survived in this business for so long for nothing. He’s ready for this. After Pilar (Margarita Reyes) jumps to his defense as well, he eventually puts down his gun and pulls out a couple of grenades instead. He pulls the pins and everyone is nervous as well. They all fight back and forth, and Titi has basically had it with everyone. He knows they’re trying to get rid of him and thinks an old-timer like him should be shown more respect. Diabla is listening to this all and insists that Titi is not to get killed until she’s there to see it.

She doesn’t get that chance. While we don’t actually see it happen, we later learn that Titi ended up tossing the grenades and lit the place up. He and Pilar managed to survive, as well as Ramón “Moncho” Montecarlo (Mauricio Mauad), Mano Negra (Juan Pablo Gamboa), Dayana “La Demonia” Muriel (Elianis Garrido), and Mariana. However, Rocco Candela (Juan David Galindo) and Vinicius Novais (Jorge Goncalvez) did not survive the explosion. Dayana is worried about Pilar and the future as XY4, as she knows the formula by heart.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Investigation

Meanwhile, Cata Grande, Vanessa, and “Valeria Montes” have learned about the explosion at the Blue Dolphin. They hurry to the scene, where there are at least five victims of the incident. They pretty quickly, along with other authorities, that the place had to be a front for a big operation and this is likely the result of a meeting gone wrong. They also believe that the lab’s chemicals helped to make the explosion worse.

While they talk, Cata Grande finds a little box. Inside is one of those magic Hulkout pills. The agents all take a turn looking at it, and we wonder how fast Diabla’s head is spinning with schemes to get possession of that pill before the DEA can figure out all that’s in it.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: A way out

Now that he’s been exposed as not only a traitor, as well as blowing up the cartel’s operation, Titi needs a backup plan. He and Pilar make their way to the home of Armando Cardona (Julián Trujillo), son of Mauricio Cardona (Danilo Santos). He was one of the main narcos of Sin Senos No Hay Paraíso. They have a good relationship with El Titi, as he’d known Cardona since Armando was a little one. Armando is now one of the next generation of Narcos, but he also has much respect for the old-school guys. He’s also very ambitious and wants the Cardona name to be huge.

Titi might just be able to help with that. He managed to bring a case of XY4 with him and he’s willing to work with Armando to reach those goals. Armando says he’s here for whatever Titi needs.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Calvo screws up

Esteban Calvo (Manuel Gómez) makes a huge mistake when he leaves his phone and keys in the car he has Patricia and little Albeiro waiting in. She flashes back to Albeiro telling her that Diabla and Calvo will kill her when they’re done with her and realizes he’s right. She straps little Albeiro in and steals the car. She goes back to the house Albeiro is being held in and rescues him. As Albeiro takes the wheel, she wants to get as far from here as possible.

Albeiro has other ideas. He thinks they need to deal with this Diabla issue once and for all, because it will save others. Patricia doesn’t agree. She is terrified of Diabla, who is everywhere and will find them. She refuses to tell him where she is.

Calvo, meanwhile, is losing his you-know-what, realizing that he just messed up way too big to be forgiven. He finds another phone to text Diabla from to tell her what happened and had hope until he got to the other place and found Albeiro gone. He’s sure she’ll kill him.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Wakeup call

Berrio gets a wakeup call from Nelly, as she tells him that she and Lucrecia Olivares (Eliana Diaosa) both have their doubts about “Valeria”. She tells him she overheard a couple of conversations where Valeria was talking crass like a common criminal and mentioned a guy named Albeiro. She insists he should ask who that is when he sees “Valeria” next.

In other related news, Lucrecia has been watched by Calvo today, who thinks she’s digging too deep for her own good.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Next gen DEA?

Finally, Lizeth and Mirta Muriel (Margarita Torres and Gloria Pinilla) are confronted by two men sent by Demonia. One says he’s got a message for Lizeth before shooting Mirta. Lizeth is destroyed by this and screams for someone to help, but it’s no use. Mirta is already dead.

Doña Hilda Santana (Catherine Siachoque) had been talking with Salvatore Miranda (Martín Karpan) about Europe and how she doesn’t feel ready to go there yet. Her daughter is still missing. Plus, walking those catwalks there was something Catalina Marín Santana (Carolina Gaitán) was really looking forward to. Someone comes along to tell her what happened, and they both rush to the scene. Lizeth is fighting mad, as well as hurting, and begs Doña Hilda to tell Cata Grande she wants to join the DEA to help search for La Demonia.
