El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Reunion
The noise Cata Grande heard last time turned out to be Santiago Sanín (Roberto Manrique) and Jota. She is shocked to see Santiago, and the pair gets into a fight. He wants to know why she didn’t bother visiting him or trying to get the truth from him after two years.
Cata Grande reminds him that he didn’t exactly wait for her side of the story when he was told she ran off with Aurelio “El Titi” Jaramillo (Gregorio Pernía). He counters that he apologized for that and realizes how wrong he was. Right. After you abandoned your children as well. In a foreign country. With no one to watch them. That can’t be stressed enough when he gets all high and mighty. #NoSympathy
He swears on everything possible he is innocent and tells Cata Grande she knows this deep inside. Cata Grande actually apologizes for not trying to get to the truth, and is very emotional. She couldn’t bring herself to, because it felt like everyone around her was lying and wearing a mask.
Jota, as usual, is the peace maker, begging them to calm down. He ends up excusing himself to use the bathroom so they can talk. They go outside, where Cata Grande lets him know their son is happy and safe with family in Miami, but Mariana Sanín Santana (Stephania Duque) is not as well. She’s addicted to drugs and part of a cartel. Cata Grande breaks down as she speaks about this, as well as Mariana’s attempt on her life. Santiago can hardly believe what he’s hearing, but he swears that they’re going to find a way to save Mariana from the normal fate awaiting someone in that world: death or prison.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: News alert
Edmundo “Sombra” Dorantes Borrero (Mauricio Cujar) is busy reaming out his help for letting “the doctor and the stutterer” get away. Does he not remember the incredible strength that Jota displayed? That ‘stutterer’ is not to be underestimated right now.
In any case, the news is now showing video of the incident where Vanessa nearly caught up with him after several cars nearly him them and each other. He is furious. If the cops see them, there is going to be nothing but trouble for all of them. He is feeling generous, so he gives them another opportunity to find their runaways.
As they had discussed his situation, Santiago and Cata Grande both agree that Soraya Sanabria (Eileen Roca) couldn’t have possibly been the one who masterminded everything. There has to be another force at work. Santiago believes the main target in this was Cata Grande.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: The grand tour
Titi is showing off the lab to Mano Negra (Juan Pablo Gamboa) and the rest. He introduces Pilar (Margarita Reyes) and goes on about her scientific credentials before Pilar takes over. She leads them all through the process from creation to packaging, and Moncho wants to know about the product. He’s heard so far it kills everyone who’s taken it.
Mariana jumps in to explain that one person survived and escaped from jail. Sombra would love to get that particular lab rat back, and Titi is able to help.
He tells everyone that the lab rat was Jota, someone he knows well, and he will be able to easily get him back. Moncho, apparently satisfied, wants to get moving on XY4 and X6 production.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Man with a plan
Albeiro Marín (Fabián Ríos) is tired of being locked up. He’s also tired of being away from his son, and takes advantage of the situation when Patricia (Ivonne Gómez) brings him video of the boy.
He tries to get her to help him escape, but she’s terrified of what will happen to her. He promises that he has the means to help hide and protect her. The talk is interrupted by Esteban Calvo (Manuel Gómez). He’s not thrilled Patricia brought the captive video. He warns her to watch herself, then warns Albeiro of the same. Albeiro swears to himself that if Calvo does a thing to his child, he will kill Calvo.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Help needed
Vanessa and Daniel Cerón Venegas (Juan Pablo Llano) meet up today to speak about the situation Jota is in. She was so close to seeing him, and needs help to track him down. She has one clue as to his whereabouts—he was definitely at their little one’s school. A teacher saw him and Santiago and thought they were pervs watching the children, so she’d called the police.
Vanessa thinks that her best bet at finding Jota and keeping him as safe as possible is to get in touch with Sombra. She wants Daniel to facilitate that. In exchange, she’s willing to help him in the search for information on Soraya.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Secuestro
During a talk with Dayana “La Demonia” Muriel (Elianis Garrido), Mariana admitted to being responsible for the kidnappings of Catalina Marín Santana (Carolina Gaitán) and Hernán Darío Bayona (Juan Pablo Urrego).
Later, we see the police watching video of these kidnappings, which they contact Cata Grande about. Hmm. Interesting. They actually gave more info faster than the last time they worked around a departing/unavailable actor. Bravo for improvement…
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Murder
Lizeth and Mirta Muriel (Margarita Torres and Gloria Pinilla) had left Doña Hilda Santana’s (Catherine Siachoque) house for a bit. They end up stopping at a bench where they talk, but this may prove to be a horrible mistake on their part.
Men in a truck pull up and watch them. As they speak, we learn that Demonia sent them to take care of her family. Dang. Is there anyone in that cartel that doesn’t want family/close people dead? We assume we’ll hear about more of them soon.
El Final del Paraíso spoilers: The eyes don’t lie
Finally, Diabla is getting ever-closer to being exposed. As she continues to cozy up to Alfonso Berrio (Leonardo Acosta), Lucrecia Olivares (Eliana Diaosa) and Nelly Bayana (Lina Nieto) watch. Both aren’t happy with this, but Lucrecia is even more on edge. She can’t be sure, but she thinks there may be a connection between “Agent Valeria Montes” and Diabla. She sees an evil in Valeria’s eyes that reminds of Diabla, who she describes as “The most perverse person I’ve ever met.”
