We also find Yésica “La Diabla” Beltrán (Kimberly Reyes) coming on to Alfonso Berrio (Leonardo Acosta) and more trouble in Narco world. If you missed it, let’s catch up with an El Final del Paraíso recap.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Called out

Aurelio “El Titi” Jaramillo (Gregorio Pernía) is called out by Mariana Sanín Santana (Stephania Duque), who is not as dumb as she appears (or Titi thinks she is). As they argue about their respective positions in the cartel and Mariana’s feelings for him—he points out she came to his place very willingly, but she counters that she was high when she slept with him and thought he was someone else—she drops a little bomb on him. She is well-aware of his trysts with Dayana “La Demonia” Muriel (Elianis Garrido). He thinks she’s actually better than Mariana, but Mariana acts like she doesn’t give a you-know-what about what he does. Anyone who’s been watching knows that it’s a total lie. The girl is so jealous and irritated that he prefers mom to her that it’s got to be eating her up inside to know there’s someone else he prefers.

During this scene, she once more acts like she’s so much better and more badass than he is, but she wishes she was.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Surrounded by children

We actually feel a bit bad for Mano Negra (Juan Pablo Gamboa) today, as he appears to be surrounded by traitorous infants. Not only is there a lot of tension between Mariana and Titi, but everyone is against everyone else. Titi and Dayana want Mariana out of the business, Dayana is supposedly plotting with Mariana to get rid of Titi, Titi wants Ramón “Moncho” Montecarlo (Mauricio Mauad) out, while Moncho and the others can’t stand him. They see him as a risk and a relic that is past his prime.

Things come to a head when Vinicius Novais (Jorge Goncalvez) asks to see the facility where XY4 is being worked on. Mariana thinks that’s reasonable, but Titi can’t help but take the opportunity to needle Moncho when he agrees. This is seriously such a volatile and dysfunctional group, that it’s a wonder Mano Negra hasn’t gotten rid of them all by now.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Phase 2

After overhearing a conversation between Cata Grande and Doña Hilda, Diabla knows that Titi tried to warn Cata Grande about the bombing. We’re sure she’ll be taking that info to the boss soon, but first, she’s got another agenda involving Alfonso Berrio (Leonardo Acosta). She calls to suggest visiting him today, and Berrio can’t jump at the chance fast enough. He totally is eating out of the palm of her hand during their visit, where she acts like she’s hopelessly infatuated with his heroic self. During the private meeting, Nelly Bayana (Lina Nieto) and Lucrecia Olivares (Eliana Diaosa) are watching through a window and not happy. Lucrecia seems especially disturbed, and we’re sure that has something to do with her brief interactions with Diabla in the past making “Valeria” seem familiar and untrustworthy.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Asking the impossible

Cata Grande is still hanging at the hospital to keep abreast of the victims’ conditions when Doña Hilda has a request to make. While she is proud of Cata Grande and the way she’s cleaned up her life, she’s terrified of losing another child. Her son’s already dead, and Catalina Marín Santana (Carolina Gaitán) is still missing. If something happened to Cata Grande, she wouldn’t be able to live. And yet again, the writers are making one sympathize with Doña Hilda. It’s enough to make one feel like showering.

Anyway, given all that, she wants Cata Grande to quit her position at the DEA. It’s too dangerous, especially with the people she’s hunting down being so powerful and connected. Cata Grande understands what she’s feeling, but it’s a request that can’t be granted. Cata Grande has dedicated too much of her life to this fight and can’t take the idea of others falling prey to the Narco world.

Doña Hilda’s fears may prove right. Later, Cata Grande is on the phone with her after just getting home. She’s talking about Cata 2’s disappearance and what she wants to do when she appears to hear something. Cata Grande tells her mom she’ll call back, then gets out a gun and begins to search her house.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Moving forward

Doña Hilda is struggling with everything going on. She’s ready to just give up, but Cata Grande encourages her to keep an eye on the prize. Not only does she believe Doña Hilda should forgive Salvatore Miranda (Martín Karpan), but she wants Doña Hilda to go ahead with the fashion opportunities still presenting themselves. There are buyers who still want her designs, and another show to do.
Doña Hilda is reluctant, but Cata Grande eventually convinced her not to let another big opportunity like this pass her by.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Enough

Mateo Matiz (Steven Salcedo) is quickly regretting his association with Johana (Bárbara Najas). He actually thinks that it’s time to let go of her obsession with humiliating Doña Hilda. In any case, he’s definitely over this and wants out.

Johana is appalled that he would want her to stop putting the trash in their place and reminds him of all the issues he sold because of the exclusive she got him. He owes her and this is not over until she decides it’s over.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Hulk time

Edmundo “Sombra” Dorantes Borrero (Mauricio Cujar) is furious that he lost two of his fellow fugitives. He orders two of his men to find them, but things don’t turn out as expected. He has just gotten done calling them out for not being able to handle a “doctor and a stutterer” when the men manage to stop Jota and Santiago Sanín (Roberto Manrique). They approach on their bikes, and suddenly that drug starts taking hold of Jota again. He literally stops their bike by holding out his hand, forcing them to flip over him. Jota is freaked out, but Santiago calms him down and they run before the men can try getting them again.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Finding Jota

While they are deciding their next move, Jota and Santiago come across a couple of cops, who stop them. They’re both freaking out, but it turns out the one who called out to them just noticed they dropped a bill on the ground. They thank the cops and as soon as they’re not in sight anymore, Santiago and Jota break into a run. They don’t want to chance being recognized.

Later, Jota has just talked Santiago out of going into a DEA office to inquire about Cata Grande when they start running again. They end up running into the street and nearly get hit by several cars. One just happens to be carrying Vanessa. She spots Jota and gets out of the vehicle, racing after them as she yells for Jota.

El Final del Paraíso spoilers: Covering his bases

Roberto Conde (Alejandro Martínez) sees the writing on the wall. His own campaign manager blew herself up at that anti-drug meeting and caused all that carnage. An agent is asking questions and he’s sure it’s only a matter of time before he gets thrown under the bus. He writes this in an email to someone, who he asks to meet with.
