When it comes to weird relationships, the sMothered cast has it all in the bag. One of the mother-daughter duos that has an insane relationship is Sunhe and her daughter, Angelica. Now Sunhe has started her smothering of her granddaughter, Amara. Angelica shared this on the latest episode of the show and she mentioned that now Sunhe is sleeping with her daughter and is acting as if she is her mother and not her grandmother.
sMothered: The Co-Sleeping Arrangement
Angelica is very close with her mother and now Sunhe has grown even closer to her granddaughter, Amara. Sunhe has been co-sleeping with Amara since she was born. Sunhe loves every minute of sleeping with her granddaughter and mentioned that she loves to be spooned while she is sleeping.

Of course, viewers feel that this arrangement is incredibly weird. Angelica sees no problem with her mother sleeping with her daughter every night. Sunhe tells the cameras, “Babies sleep better with the people they love. I don’t just feel like Amara’s Gamma. I’m her mother, her friend…her mother.”
There is a very close relationship forming between Amara and Sunhe and Angelica has started to see it. Viewers found it very creepy when Sunhe told Amara, “Come here to Mama, I mean, Gamma.” She slips up and says it a lot, but not all the time. Sunhe also said that in her mind, Amara has two mothers. No matter who is Amara’s real mother, this whole relationship seems very creepy.

This wasn’t the only shocking moment in the last episode of the show. With the mother-daughter duo, Angie and Shay, fans are shocked to see just how Angie treats her daughter like a new project. Shay just came out to her mother as a trans woman and Angie has started to become incredibly overbearing and protective.
She does want the best for her daughter, but things are getting tense with them. Shay understands her mother’s concerns, but she is ready to come into her own as a woman. She has grown very tired of her mother’s actions, but how does she let her down easily?
The mothers and daughters on this season of sMothered have really shown how much they love one another. Viewers are shocked to see that some of these relationships are bordering incestual. We will continue to watch this trainwreck to see what happens next and to see which mothers and daughters sleep nakes together.
