In fact, Michelle Stafford has recently made the switch to take on her old role as Phyllis Summers while Elizabeth Hendrickson has also come on board as Chloe Mitchell.

Now, as far as what’s going on at The Young and the Restless, some reports tease that Billy might be taking over for Jason Thompson, who has had the role since 2016. And if does end up happening, it will allow Jason to return to General Hospital to reprise his role as Dr. Patrick Drake.
