What went down last week in Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) living room isn’t going to make Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) too happy with her mother, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
Willow Won’t Let Anything Ruin Her Career as Congresswoman
Nina accidentally injected Drew’s medicine into Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), and now he’s incapacitated. Willow’s devious plans may have just been destroyed, and God help Nina for ruining them.
Of course, GH fans know that Nina’s plans didn’t include a very confused Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), who immediately questioned Nina about what Nina had injected Brennan with.
Since we all know that Willow is a complete lunatic, we can only imagine how she’ll react when she comes face-to-face with her mother.
Willow won’t allow anything to ruin her newly minted career as Congresswoman or her plans for Drew. Not to mention, Willow won’t let Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) take her kids from her again.
Since Willow has Nina’s fingerprints on the syringe, she’ll undoubtedly have Nina take the fall should anyone question what happened to poor Jack.
Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is already suspicious that two healthy men had strokes in the same house three months apart.
Soon, she’ll figure out that Willow was behind Drew’s condition; the way that she deduced that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) shot Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).
Liz seems adept at solving these Port Charles mysteries; in fact, much more adept than the PCPD, who never seem to be able to put two and two together to come up with four.
The meds are eventually going to be connected with Willow and Drew’s unfortunate condition. Plus, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) will inevitably find out about the incident, prompting him to give Willow some new orders.
Willow Has More to Offer Sidwell and Jack Compared to Nina
Willow may even tell him that she has Nina’s fingerprints on the syringe, and he could easily instruct her to make it look like her mom is responsible for both Drew and Brennan’s state.
By the way, how hysterical was it to watch Nina freak out last week when Brennan and Valentin were fighting over the gun? It was almost comedic watching Nina literally go off the rails.
We have a feeling that even though it was an accident, when Brennan discovers what Nina did to him, he may conspire with Willow to throw Nina under the bus.
Willow has more to offer Jack at this point than Nina does. Therefore, he may be much more willing to work with her to cover up Willow’s role in the situation than Nian, who only has Jack’s love for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to threaten him with.
Now that he and Carly are officially over, what does Jack have to lose by teaming up with Willow to incriminate Nina in these crimes?
We can picture Willow coming to Jack to make a deal. Since Willow is a Congresswoman, she’s in a position of power and can tip the scales in Brennan’s favor career-wise.
While we all know that what Nina did to Brennan was an accident, you can bet that Jack will want someone to take the blame.
We think Nina is about to go down for Willow’s heinous actions. Between these two powerful men, Sidwell and Jack, they will likely take the side that has more to offer rather than reveal the truth about Willow.
