‘General Hospital’ spoilers suggest that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) needs to commit her bats**t crazy daughter, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), to Ferncliff ASAP!
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Willow Admitted Her Long List of Sins to Nina
In the April 14th episode of GH, Willow admitted to Nina just how crazy she really is. She confessed to shooting her husband, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Willow is also currently drugging Drew and keeping him in a locked-in state so that she has control over him and to make it seem like he suffered a stroke.
But of course, that’s not all of it. Willow is also now blackmailing her own mother. She implicated Nina in Willow’s scheme by tricking her into giving Drew an injection and collecting the syringe with Nina’s fingerprints on it.
Willow may have surpassed her sister, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), in the cray-cray department. In fact, she may even be worse than Drew!
Nina, being Nina, claimed that she “understands” that her “precious girl” is doing what she has to do to keep her kids with her.
Willow’s enabling mother also told her daughter that she loves her no matter what and will always be on her side. That was actually her response. WTF?
Is Nina just as crazy as her two crazy daughters? Nina is the dictionary definition of desperate. Yes, we get that Nina waited decades to be a mother after her mother, Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills), stole her babies and gave them away while she was in a coma for twenty years after Madeline drugged her.
Nina is putting her own needs above what Willow needs. Willow clearly needs mental health treatment. Nina was literally walking on eggshells as Willow told her mother she had leverage over her and planned to use it if she didn’t cooperate.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Nina Needs to Give Willow a Dose of Tough Love
Nina’s only concern is Willow rejecting her. Nina needs to realize that Willow is a danger to herself and others and needs serious help.
Of course, we hate Drew. However, what Willow is doing is basically the same as the plot of the movie “Misery,” based on the Stephen King novel.
It’s horrifying to think that the same caring young woman who was once a third -grade teacher and defended Aiden Webber (Colin Cassidy) against Charlotte Cassadine’s (then Scarlett Fernandez) bullying has now become a sinister, single-minded human being.
She’s obviously capable of anything. Willow thinks that as long as she’s doing what she does for her children, the ends justify the means.
We thought Willow had a shred of decency left, considering that she protected Scout Cain’s (Cosette Abinate) secret from Drew, and she loves her kids.
Yet, does she really love them? When Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) told her that Drew had abused Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver), she thought that perhaps Wiley had misheard him when he said that Michael didn’t love him anymore.
Nina needs to give Willow a dose of tough love and make the hardest decision she’s ever had to make in her life.
While we think Willow believes she loves her kids, she clearly doesn’t understand what that means. Blackmailing her own mother is stooping to a new low.
Maybe a stint at a mental health facility would help her. That is, unless, of course, Willow is too far gone to be saved.
