‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers for August 8th, 2019 indicate that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will get to Dr. Arthur Cabot’s (Time Winters) lair just in time to save Cameron Webber (Wiliam Lipton), he will find him unconscious and he’ll ask if he’s too late and if Cameron was the one who received Drew Caine’s (Billy Miller) memories.

However it looks like they haven’t actually started the festivities yet, just the prep work,so while they gave him something to knock him out they haven’t actually started the procedure yet. Franco realizes that it’s either him or the kid, so he will make an interesting deal with Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin), he’ll undergo the memory mapping procedure, but they have to let Cam go.
General Hospital Spoilers: It may be curtains for Franco
As it turns out, Shiloh doesn’t really care who undergoes the memory procedure, just that he gets Drew’s memories back so he can go get the money. So he’ll be more than happy to accept Franco’s sacrifice. When I say sacrifice, I’m not even speaking ironically, apparently when done on a patient who isn’t a twin, the side effects can be catastrophic. It can result in the subject becoming catatonic or otherwise severely incapacitated – in some extremely severe cases it can even result in death, as rattled off by Dr. Cabot yesterday when he was talking to Shiloh about how Cam shouldn’t be the one to receive Drew’s memories.
Calvary’s here! Now to track down the bad guy
Meanwhile, Jason Morgan (Steven Burton), Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), and Damien Spinelli (Braford Anderson) are on the case, along with Drew, to help find Shiloh and now Cam and Franco as well. But the question remains, will they be able to get there in time to prevent this from happening? It’ll all depend on if they get there on time and as we all know with these kinds of cases, time usually isn’t on the good guys’ side. At least we know that Cam is going to get out of this intact, but what about Franco?
General Hospital Spoilers: Sasha keels over!
This won’t be the only case of time not being on their side in Port Charles. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattson) will be rushed to GH, unresponsive. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will also be there, and of course Nina will be worried sick about her daughter. The team at GH is committed to doing everything they can for Sasha however so its just a matter of time before the poison in her system is discovered, but how it got there will remain a mystery for awhile. Even though we all know it was planted in the grapefruit by Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck).

Speaking of discoveries, though, it looks like Valentin will be less that happy about the lengths that Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) and Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) are willing to go to save Nina’s duaghter – and that’s because she really isn’t Nina’s daughter at all, and he knows this! If that detail is discovered by Nina it could mean splitsville for them, and Valentin doesn’t want that. We don’t know quite yet what Sasha has, that’s why Finn has been brought in, but it looks like whatever it is she won’t be up and at ’em for awhile. Also what was Cassandra’s motivation for choosing Nina in particular? Did she mean to get Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) instead? After all, they were having breakfast together. Stay tuned!!!
