‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal that Dimitri Von Leucscher (Peter Porte) instantly recognized Cat Greene’s (Anna Lynn McCord) voice the other day when he was at the hospital visiting Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart).
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: EJ Is Smitten with “Ms. Greene”
Dimitri, who was also once ISA, could easily blow Cat’s cover to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerreigel), who is quite smitten with “Ms. Greene” and has admitted as such to her on several occasions.
It almost seems as if Cat reciprocates EJ’s attraction. Unless she’s just that good at her job, but we’re not buying that.
Dimitri mentioned to Leo that Cat’s voice sounds exactly like that of an ISA agent that he had previously spoken to. Bingo.
So now that Dimitri has an advantage over Cat, how is he going to utilize it? DOOL spoilers hint that Cat is so close to getting busted.
Yet, Dimitri isn’t the kind of man who would simply take this juicy tidbit directly to EJ. Not to mention, EJ is so sweet on his crush that he probably wouldn’t believe Dimitri anyway.
Dimitri will likely blackmail Cat into giving him access to privileged information. After all, he’s in a prime position to expose Cat.
Cat is currently posing as EJ’s trusted and loyal assistant while actually investigating him. She’s working with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and the FBI to bring EJ down.
Cat has used her past connection to EJ in order to gain his trust and get him to let his guard down with her. Years ago, EJ and Cat were in the same clinic in Italy, recovering from traumatic events.
Apparently, Cat read the romance novel, Wuthering Heights, to EJ at his bedside while he was in a coma. She tapped into those subconscious memories to lure EJ in.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: EJ Is Notorious for Making People Disappear
We think Cat’s feelings for EJ may prompt her to come clean with him before Dimitri blabs the truth to his uncle about what the blonde bombshell has been doing behind EJ’s back.
The stakes are high: If he learns that she’s ISA and running an investigation into him, anything could happen. EJ is notorious for making people disappear.
However, Cat could always use her feminine wiles and seduce him, partly because of her investigation and partly because of her attraction to him.
Ultimately, if Dimitri can somehow prove that Cat is ISA, it’s game over for her mission. We can even see Dimitri getting Leo involved since he’s an investigative reporter for the Spectator.
It’s only a matter of time before Cat’s cover is blown. Secrets like this can’t be kept on soaps. All it takes is someone overhearing what is supposed to be a private meeting in the park to bust someone’s secret.
Plus, when your emotions cloud your judgment, mistakes are made. Often irreversible ones. Cat better pray that her own feelings for EJ prompt her to walk away from this investigation.
EJ has essentially taken his “dear father,” Stefano DiMera’s (Joe Mascolo), place as the Phoenix. He’s wearing that ring, which we all know holds some sort of crazy mystical powers.
After everything Cat has done in the name of the investigation, if she gets sloppy and someone gets to EJ before she can, it could be something EJ won’t soon forgive.
