‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers suggest that the reading of Stefano DiMera’s (Joe Mascolo) last will and testament may lead to major DiMera family chaos, as EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) predicted.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: EJ Thinks He Knows What to Expect
EJ expects the gathering he’s prepared to become ridiculous, and possibly out of control, when his siblings and the rest of the DiMera clan come together to hear what the Phoenix has planned for them.
DOOL fans know that EJ is Stefano’s chosen heir. EJ inherited the mysterious and coveted Phoenix ring from his late father. Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) gave it to him after Stefano’s memorial.
Stefano had EJ draft it, and EJ also believes that he knows everything that Stefano wrote in it. Yet, there may be a final version of the will that EJ wasn’t privy to.
Of course, EJ enlisted his trusty assistant and current crush, Cat Greene (AnnaLynn McCord), to help him organize the will reading. She agreed to do it for him.
We surmise all the important DiMeras will be present for the event. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) may not be a DiMera by blood, but she’s definitely family.
Kristen is much more like EJ than she cares to admit. They both do whatever it takes to get what they want, they both love and protect their kids fiercely, and neither of them is afraid to get their hands dirty.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Johnny Could Inherit DiMera Enterprises
We can imagine that Stefano will bequeath something of significance to Kristen, as he did to EJ. It’s also possible that he may leave DiMera Enterprises to his grandson, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman).
EJ has always wanted Johnny to take the reins of the family company. He would certainly approve of Johnny inheriting the massive conglomerate and kicking Titan’s a** for what the Kiriakis’ did to him.
It would be poetic justice if Johnny were to tank that already sinking ship. We imagine Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) will also inherit something of value.
There is also speculation that the will reading won’t take place until Conner Floyd makes his big debut as Chad DiMera.
Chad has zero interest in the family business, but Stefano could probably have left Chad and his kids a sizeable portion of the DiMera fortune.
Personally, I would like to see Chad move on from living at Julie Williams’s (Susan Seaforth Hayes) home. Yes, it’s sweet that he wants to honor the memory of his late wife, Abigail Deveraux DiMera (Marci Miller).
However, a major reason that he and Cat never worked out as a couple was that he was living in the Horton household.
If he wants to truly move on with his life, he and his kids need a place of their own. Perhaps Stefano could give him a place to stay, somewhere that he and his children could live comfortably.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Will Gabi Claim a Piece of the Pie?
Speaking of living comfortably, we all know the mansion belongs solely to EJ. The DiMera estate is his. He will be the DiMera with the most power. Stefano left EJ the throne.
Now that Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) is set to awaken, she may also appear at the will reading. Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andews) could certainly inherit a share of the fortune.
Last, but not least, we have to wonder if Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) may claim a piece of the DiMera pie. First, she needs to prove she’s Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) widow.
Since she and Philip Kiriakis (John Paul Lavoisier) plan to move in together, Gabi may buy a place for them if she inherits a pretty penny.
After all, it looks like the Kiriakis family is in some hot water as Johnny plans to fight any potential lawsuit coming his way.
With EJ as Johnny’s lawyer, there is no way he’ll lose his case. He may even take Titan to the cleaners. If so, Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) could lose the Kiriakis mansion that Victor Kirakis (John Aniston) left her.
It’s going to be interesting to see how the DiMera money and property are divvied up. It’s possible some of the DiMeras won’t be pleased with whatever happens.
Plus, since EJ has warned of the chaos that will ensue among his family members, it’s obvious there will be some shockers and shenanigans to look forward to at Stefano’s upcoming will reading.
