ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicate that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is feeling as though he’s hit an all-time low. That’s because all his life he thought he was actually the child of Mikkos when in fact he’s actually the spawn of Helena! And for Valentin, this is just too much for him to handle. Here’s what you need to know.
Speaking to ABC Soaps in Depth in a new interview, actor James Patrick Stuart, who plays Valentin, on the hit soap, puts it this way, “He was devastated when he learned that not only does he have Helena in him, but his daughter has Helena in her. And not only could he not do anything about that, but he couldn’t use that anger to hurt Helena because she’s already gone.”

Of course, after everything that had happened with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), Valentin feels as though this identity crisis will do more than just take the worst out of him. He truly is in crisis mode and for all of those who support him, that’s troubling.

Stuart added, “He wandered out onto that ledge. Charlotte is what kept him from doing it. I just love that he’s trapped. He’s not able to work his way out yet.”
With that said, it will be interesting to see what steps Valentin takes next, however, things aren’t looking very good for him right now. As much as Valentin is the kind of guy who tries to turn his wrongs into rights, he keeps getting caught up in all of the tangled-up drama. But then again, it’s not like we would expect anything else, especially when it comes to life in Port Charles, right? Of course, ‘General Hospital’ fans will have to tune in to find out what happens next!
