‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers find Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) cutting a deal to keep Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) from taking off, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) wanting to leave school, Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) starting a new job, and Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) quitting. Plus, we see Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) pulling a shameless move, but when is that something new? If you missed it, let’s get to the ‘General Hospital’ spoilers.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Shameless Shiloh Slyly Uses Oscar!
Joss tells Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) that she wants to leave school today. She was able to get through the recent tests and all because she was basically emotionally dead. Now that time has passed and kids are going to be going on about their summer hookups and other trivial stuff, she can’t take it. She wants homeschooling. Carly is unsure about that and thinks Joss needs the school experience. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) later comes along and encourages Joss to at least give things a try before they talk about other arrangements. Hmm. Considering Sonny told Joss this after Carly was gone and had basically said “forget it,” this is going to be interesting.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: First Day
Speaking of Sonny, he drops by his warehouse to see how Dev is doing on his first day. Apparently not the greatest, as he was already late. Later on, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) confronts Dev and says that he’s doing something the lazy way. That’s not how he’s going to earn Sonny’s respect and trust. He has to commit and prove himself through hard work.
He may not get the chance. At least, not for a while. It seems that there was some big money that was going to be used for something today and it turned up missing. Judging by Jason’s face and the shot of Dev in the background, you know he’s going to be accused.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: I quit
Kim visits Monica Quatermaine (Leslie Charleson) to say she’s quitting and moving from Port Charles. Monica questions whether that’s actually going to help her, but Kim insists that she at least has to give it a try. Plus, she’s not going alone. Julian Jerome (William deVry) will be going as well.
Monica suggests that it might be good for her to be friends with Franco, but Kim insists that it has to be long-distance because it’s too hard to be in town. She’s also not comfortable with how Franco’s stuck on her now that he’s Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and is worried about the effect on Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst).
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: New job?
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is stressing over her work and the crazy news about Franco with Peter August (Wes Ramsey) when Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) arrives. She’s all dressed up for a meet with Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher). Maxie thinks the look is overkill and tries to get something else for Liesl, but Liesl doesn’t like the other choices, so a scarf is added to cover the dress some and tone the look down.
Just as they finish, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) shows up to get Liesl and is impressed to see all the work Maxie has been doing in Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) absence. She suggests that Maxie think about a degree and aiming higher. Maxie laughs it off, but Peter doesn’t think that’s funny. He gives Maxie grief about selling herself short and insists she could run her own magazine if she wanted to.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Lunch date
Meanwhile, Liesl and Jax have their (brief) lunch meet. Liesl was under no illusions of a relationship, but she wanted to at least spend time with him and share a bit of what they have in common. She’s also grateful he saved her. They talk racing a bit and Liesl promises to keep what she saw at Wyndemere secret, but Carly shows up to cut things short by breaking the news about Franco. Liesl rushes off, which causes Carly to look smug and tell Jax he’s welcome.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Cutting deals
Franco is getting out of jail, but there’s a catch. Scott has worked it out so that Franco must stay in town while the case is resolved and Franco will be wearing an ankle monitor to make sure.
They might not be the only one’s making a deal lately. Besides that call he made in a previous episode, Shiloh calls Peter from jail and insists that Peter will want to speak with him.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Shameless
Shiloh may be at Pentonville now, but first he got to speak with his old “friend”. Franco was a bit standoffish, but is somewhat interested to learn he supposedly has a son. When Drew arrives to speak with Franco, he agrees to tell Drew whatever he wants to know about the past if he’ll tell about the kid.
Drew tells Franco all about Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) and his death, then warns Franco that Shiloh is someone not to be trusted.
Later, Drew sort of fumes over the fact Shiloh was using a dead child as a way of getting into Franco’s head. He had been worried that Shiloh might try getting to him. So, what… they didn’t have any other cells to hold Shiloh in while awaiting transfer? Seriously bad move by the PCPD.
