The Merrifields from Seeking Sister Wife have been on a journey to find another wife to join their family. They have been courting a woman named Roberta Pache from Brazil. Garrick Merrifield and Dannielle Merrifield are ready to take the next step in their marriage and that is why they wanted Roberta to be that woman.
After her visa was approved, she was ready to come and join the Merrifields in their marriage, but her mother got very sick and she was unable to get to the states. Now it seems as if she is hinting at the fact that she has left their relationship and that she has ‘escaped polygamy.’

With Roberta staying in Brazil to take care of her mother, the Merrifields told her that they were still going to try to find another woman to join their marriage. She has some issues with jealousy, so of course, this put her over the edge. She didn’t want them to do this without her, but they started meeting women online to try and add to their marriage.

This couple is so hell-bent on having a plural marriage that they even custom-made a home for all of the wives that are going to be in it! They are excited for Roberta to legally move to the states and marry Garrick, but there seems to be a slight problem. Roberta is no longer following either of them on Instagram.
As of right now, Roberta has stopped following them all together and Reddit users pointed out that she is following an account on Instagram called ‘escaping polygamy.’ Reddit users were quick to express their opinion on what has happened with Roberta and the Merrifields.
One Reddit user wrote, “It’s possible Roberta saw a really dark side of Garrick and Dannielle when she broke up with them (if the gossip is true). I could see them being nasty to her and reminding her of how much money they spent on her.” Another wrote, “They’re gross and clearly not ‘inspired by God’. They’re inspired by his d**k. That might have something to do with the failure of this ‘relationship’ as well.” Another chimed in, “She has come out and said she is not with them and she will discuss all the tea after this season.”
