‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) may soon discover that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) shot Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) to save her and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Cullum Knows Jason Didn’t Shoot Him
During the week of April 20th to 24th, Britt will find out why Cullum’s curiosity could cause a lot of trouble for someone very close to her.
Cullum knows that it would have been impossible for Jason to pull the trigger since the two men had been fighting on the pier when Cullum had gained the upper hand on Jason and knocked him down onto the ground.
At the time Cullum was shot, he was looking down over Jason and about to strike a fatal blow to the mob enforcer with a very scary-looking retractable baton.
Suddenly, Cullum was hit with a bullet in the back thanks to Rocco’s quick thinking. Britt, who had been knocked unconscious by an enraged, homicidal Cullum, didn’t see who shot him.
Jason wasn’t going to let the kid go down, especially not after saving his life. If it weren’t for Rocco, both Jason and Britt would surely be dead.
We suspect that Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevy) shares the truth with Britt about Rocco shooting Cullum.
A light bulb will go off for Britt. She’ll realize why Jason took the fall for a crime he didn’t commit. Unfortunately, Cullum wants the name of the person who shot him or he won’t give Britt access to her life-sustaining Huntington’s medicine.
However, Britt will be determined to keep Rocco’s secret. Rocco is like a son to Britt since she gave birth to him.
Yes, it was Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Breuning) embryo, but Britt carried him in her body for nine months. Britt will definitely feel responsible for Rocco’s predicament.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Will Cassius Admit to Britt that Rocco Shot Cullum?
We think Britt will give Cassius hell over his dating Lulu, and Cassius will reveal the truth to Britt, telling her she has no idea what he’s risking by protecting Lulu’s family. Britt may come to realize that Cassius truly does care for Lulu.
Cassius will promise Britt that his lips are sealed, and she can’t tell anyone either. We think Britt will freak out over Rocco’s involvement in this highly dangerous situation.
Britt will be moved that Jason gave up his freedom to protect Rocco from Cullum, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), and the WSB.
If Cullum learns that Rocco shot him, Rocco’s own life could be in jeopardy. While Britt will be grateful for Jason’s sacrifice, she’ll also fear for Rocco’s safety.
So far, Cassius seems genuine about protecting Rocco. There was an unspoken agreement between Jason and Cassius when he found them on the pier.
They both knew that this kid had to be protected and that the truth needed to be buried. Cassius was quick to get Rocco out of there, while Jason took the fall for the shooting.
Now, Jason is off in prison somewhere. No one actually believes that Jason shot Cullum, so Britt’s finally going to understand why Jason told her to tell the police that he shot Cullum.
We have no doubt that Britt will be in full-on panic mode once she finds out Rocco’s secret. Britt knows that if Rocco’s actions that night are uncovered, the outcome for him could be deadly.
