General Hospital spoilers indicate that Ava Jerome (Maura West), Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi), and Alexis Davis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) dicey pact to silence Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) may unravel and end in disaster.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Ava Clocked Nikolas Over The Head With A Heavy Object
Ava seems to always resort to hitting men over the head with hard objects when they tick her off. Remember what she did to Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) when he threatened to take Ava’s daughter, Avery Jerome Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola), away from her?
We do. Ava clocked him over the head with the nearest statue, which knocked him out cold. Then, she dragged him to the stables at Wyndemere.
Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) helped Ava cover up her crime. This time, Ric took Ava’s money, which she had extorted from Alexis by stealing the inheritance of little Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay).
The lesson? Never mess with the gallery owner’s money or daughter. That said, Kristina witnessed the violent act she committed against Ric.
Alexis walked in, and the three of them conspired to hold Ric hostage for thirty days to ensure that the large sum of money he had transferred into bonds would mature. Knowing that Ric was alive, they had to go to extremes.
Amusingly, Ava just happened to have a ball gag in her glove compartment, and Kristina moved Ric’s car into the shed with all the bats.
The trio then stashed Ric in Alexis’s basement and tied him up so he couldn’t escape. Then, Alexis and Kristina took turns taunting him.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Alexis Mentioned Ric Locking Carly In A Panic Room
Alexis even brought up the fact that Ric locked Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) in a panic room while she was pregnant over two decades ago. It appears as though this is karmic justice.
Alexis and Kristina can’t stand Ava, and vice versa, which makes this little pact all the more humorous. The skilled and competent lawyer won’t be able to argue his way out of this one.
Ava insisted that Ric be kept prisoner. She obviously remembers the last time she hit a man over the head with a heavy ornamental item.
After Ava clocked Nikolas over the head and hid him in the stables, Nikolas was secretly whisked away and nursed back to health. Ava wisely decided not to take that chance again.
Alexis has already repeatedly broken the law in the name of protecting Kristina. She embezzled, kept mum about her daughter committing attempted murder, and now she’s a party to kidnapping.
Kristina cut the brakes on Ric’s car, thinking it was Ava’s vehicle. The women know they need to protect each other’s criminal secrets because if one person snitches, they all go down for their various crimes.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Will The Ladies Turn On Each Other In The End?
We also have to wonder if the ladies will be on the same page about what to do with Ric next. What exactly do they think they will do after thirty days?
What do they think is stopping Ric from exposing their crimes? We understand that Ric was involved in the embezzlement scheme, but the plan is built on a flimsy foundation.
Alexis made a deal with Ava that they would hold Ric for thirty days until the funds he had stolen were returned.
Ava will give Alexis the proof that Kristina tampered with Ric’s brakes, and then they’ll just let Ric go? He could easily go to the police.
Ava and Ric have a proven track record of deception and betrayal. There are implications for all involved. Alexis could lose her law license, and she and Kristina could face prison time.
Ric will no doubt want retribution for this, and when he does, we predict the women will be divided. Ava is a cunning woman.
Ava may come out of this on top, and if Ric and Ava team up again, Alexis and Kristina could be in deep doo -doo. It’s obvious that in the end, the ladies will divide and conquer.
