‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers ask if GH REALLY just killed off Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and will Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) hide the body?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Ava Slammed A Marble Globe On Ric’s Head
In the August 25th episode of GH, Ric and Ava Jerome (Maura West) get into a heated argument in front of Kristina.
It all started when Ava showed up at Alexis Davis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) home and informed Ric that Kristina had been playing them.
Ric tells both Kristina and Ava that their blackmail game is officially over. Ric condemns Ava for her reckless “spending habits.”
He tells an irate Ava that the accounts are locked and empty, including the one she was secretly pumping money into.
Greedy Ava demands that Ric give her the money back. However, Ric tied up the treasure bonds with the fortune they pilfered, and he’ll soon collect the funds into his account. Ric and Ava accuse one another of betrayal.
That’s when viewers see a shocking twist: Ava picks up a marble ornamental globe and slams Ric over the head, who falls to the floor bleeding.
Kristina is speechless as Ava holds the bloody globe. Interestingly, in the weekly GH preview video, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) are on the pier.
The two teenagers suddenly see a body in the river. We have a sneaking suspicion that the body may actually be Rick’s.
Our theory is that Ava keeps Kristina from calling the cops by threatening to turn her in for almost killing Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Ric when Kristina cut the brakes on Ric’s car, believing it to be Ava’s. Kristina could end up in prison right along with Ava.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Kristina Could Soon Be Sharing A Cell In Prison With Ava
Ava could also threaten to tell Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) about the accident Kristina caused that almost killed her father. It would shatter Kristina and Molly’s sisterly bond for good.
However, in the GH previews for August 26th, Ava said, “If I go down, she goes down.” We assume the conniving gallery owner is referring to Kristina and Molly’s mother, Alexis. Kristina will be forced to help Ava.
We can only imagine Molly’s horror if she finds out that her sister helped Ava dispose of her father’s body.
Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) just told Molly and Ava that Kristina paid him to pull Ric and Ava apart, so she’s already disillusioned with her sister.
We predict that out of sheer fear, Kristina will agree to help Ava get rid of Ric’s body, and that’s who Danny and Rocco discover in the river.
Viewers are literally praying that the body the kids find in the water is Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Fans have been clamoring to see him finally get his comeuppance.
Unfortunately, based on the clues offered by the GH preview, we assume the body is Rick’s. That said, the soap could be tossing us a red herring to throw us off.
If Ric is actually killed by Ava, and Kristina helps cover for her, her misdeeds are bound to catch up with her.
Kristina already tried to kill Ava, but accidentally almost killed Ric and Elizabeth. If anyone should find out what Ava did to Ric, she’ll no doubt take Kristina down with her.
Thelma and Louise, Ava and Kristina are not. Nothing would give Ava greater pleasure than busting Kristina once and for all.
