‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers is saying that that is the million-dollar question! Many fans of GH remember Lucas Jones, who is played by Ryan Carnes. But where is he now? What exactly has happened to Ryan Carnes?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: What Happened To Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) On GH? Will Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) Die On GH?
Lucas (Ryan Carnes), still pops up here and there on ‘General Hospital’ and this Lucas has been played by Ryan Carnes since 2004. He was replaced for a brief stint in 2005, when he left Port Charles. Ben Hogestyn was the new Lucas and stayed until 2006. Then in 2013, Lucas showed his face back in Port Charles and Carnes was back too.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Where is Lucas?
Lucas, for those who may be unaware, has quite the story. He is the son a mobster named Julian Jerome. Cheryl Stansbury is his mother. When Lucas was born, or shortly after, his divorcing parents fought over his custody. It was very ugly too. Then one lucky day, Bobbie Spencer wanted to have a baby very badly.
Bobbie Spencer needed a baby desperately and went to purchase one on the black market. The child bought was Lucas.
We all know how soaps go, eventually the baby finds out about who their parents are, etc. The truth was told, and Lucas eventually returned to his mother. His mother was under the impression her son was dead too. Then Cheryl was in a horrific accident and died.
Lucas was taken in by Cheryl’s sister (Tiffany Hill) and husband (Sean Donley). However, Cheryl gave custody to Bobbie and Tony Jones. Lucas was now cousins with Georgie and Maxie. There was a little bit of crushing from the girls, and eventually Lucas told his family that he was gay. Then he moved to Seattle.
When Lucas came back to GH, he was now a doctor and became employed at ‘General Hospital’. He was with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), for a moment. Then Lucas was shot by his father’s enemy, almost died, and Brad nursed him back to health. In 2015, Brad and Lucas were in love with each other and marriage was proposed.
On June 13,2016, the beautiful couple tied the knot. Lucas and Brad also adopted a baby and made it a point to keep Julian Jerome out of the baby’s life. A lot has happened to Lucas in these years, and there will be much more to come. ‘General Hospital’ fans, do not worry, there is much more to see of Lucas ( Ryan Carnes).
