General Hospital spoilers for Friday, April 24: Confession?
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal a surprise. It seems Britt wants reassurance. Based on the clip of her and Fake Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), it’s possible he might know something about Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). We’re not sure. It could also be about Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). Anyway, in the clip, Fake Nathan warns Britt, “Feeling guilty is going to be the least of his problems.” Both Rocco and Lucas have their own reasons for feeling guilty right now.
Because of her protectiveness over Rocco, we are leaning toward it being about Lucas and his insistence on helping her. Unless Fake Nathan managed to see or hear something he shouldn’t have that would point him to Rocco. Because we just don’t see Britt bringing his name into it at all unless there was no other option. Actually, it’s the same with Lucas.

Elsewhere, Valentin issues a warning. General Hospital spoilers indicate this will be for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). We all know she is determined to get to the bottom of the Spoon Island mess. And it looks like she’s discussing that book with Valentin. He’ll be frustrated, because he knows there is a connection in some way. However, he can’t figure out what exactly.
We imagine the warning will be for Joss to stay as far away from all this as possible. He’ll want to take on the real risk. Once, for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). And, two, we think he believes he’d be more successful than a rookie WSB agent.

Finally, Gio and Emma go backstage as part to of our cross-promotion. It looks like this isn’t going to end just yet. Gio will chat with his friend, Michael James Scott, who plays the Genie in Aladdin. He’ll learn that Scott will be heading to Port Charles. According to reports, the actor will appear again in May to actually perform a number from the show, which Gio will be thrilled about. He’ll think Port Charles won’t know what hit it.
