‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal that in the December 19th episode of GH, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was questioning Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) about Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Joss Told Jason Britt Is a Willing Participant In Sidwell’s Project
Jason is very worried about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), who’s been working for Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), conducting lab research, and has partnered with Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard).
Joss told Jason that Britt is no victim and a willing participant in this shady hush-hush cold fusion project.
She explained to him that even after the Five Poppies resort was destroyed, Britt came to Port Charles to continue working for Sidwell.
However, Jason was quick to defend Britt and tell Joss that Britt was desperate for her life-sustaining medicine. Jason knows that Britt has Huntington’s disease.
He injected her medicine into her tummy the night she was drunk and stumbling around her room above Kelly’s. Jason surmises that Britt is being forced into doing their dirty work in exchange for her medicine.
Josslyn offered to find out more about the project and Britt’s involvement, but Jason didn’t want her to put herself at risk.
Jason has had a difficult time coming to terms with Joss being a WSB agent and working for Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). However, he also knows that Joss is an adult and can make her own choices.
Joss admitted that giving Jason any information would be committing treason. However, Jason obviously cares deeply for Britt.
That said, Jason is Joss’s godfather and has always been loyal to her and her family. Jason and Joss’ mom, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), has been BFFs for decades now.

They have each other’s backs, no matter what, which is why Jason told Carly the truth about Joss working for the WSB. Of course, Joss has no idea he told her mom, but she’ll soon find out.
Admittedly, Joss had a difficult time with Jason’s request to gain more intel and report back to him. It’s actually treason, which Jack Brennan doesn’t take kindly to.
Understandably, Joss doesn’t want to put her own life in danger. Yet, we do feel that Joss and Carly should be more grateful that Britt was there the night Joss was attacked by the hook, and Britt fought him off and suffered a poison cut to boot.
Britt risked her life to save Joss from a tragic fate. Joss would be dead if not for Britt. Typically, Jason would never put one of Carly’s children in harm’s way.
However, Jason is determined to help Britt. What he’s asking of Joss could potentially paint a target on her back.
Plus, Joss is definitely being watched by Brennan. We are even wondering if the necklace he bought for Carly has a bug in it.
If Jack discovered that Joss committed treason against the WSB, we’re unsure whether he would let it slide since he’s dating her mom, Carly.
We don’t think he intentionally wants to hurt Carly. The way Jack feels about Carly was evident when she almost died from the poisoned champagne.
Carly has definitely found her way into Brennan’s heart. Joss told Jason she trusts him more than she trusts Brennan. Will Joss risk her spy career and her own life by betraying Jack’s orders?
