‘General Hospital’ spoilers suggest that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) may soon discover what Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is really up to.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Carly Is Hiding Valentin On Her Property
She may first find out that Carly is hiding Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and decides to keep it a secret from her WSB boss, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).
Joss is smart as a whip and a WSB agent. She’s a very perceptive young woman. Joss may soon uncover the secret that her mom is harboring a fugitive. Brennan is doing everything he can to find Valentin.
Carly’s daughter found the first-aid kit she had hidden behind the pillows on the couch. Carly fibbed and told her that she and Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) had been playing doctor.
We can imagine that Joss may soon discover Valentin hiding out in the shed or hanging around somewhere on Carly’s property.
Joss may also question some of the holes in Carly’s story. We predict that Josslyn will soon confront her mom, and that Carly will admit she knows her daughter is a spy.
The revelation could either break their bond, or Joss could finally realize that her best option is to align herself with her mom and Valentin to take Brennan down once and for all.
Joss may deduce that her WSB career isn’t worth lying to her mom anymore. Plus, if Joss exposes Carly and Valentin’s vengeful scheme, she risks Jack potentially reacting and exploding with anger at Carly.
Double-crossing the head of the WSB could be very dangerous for Carly. Joss’s natural instinct would be to protect her mother.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Joss Could Be Furious About Her Mother’s Deception
On the other side of the coin, she could be furious at Carly for deceiving her. The reality is that Joss had no real option but to keep the truth from her mom about her WSB career.
Joss obviously made a choice. Carly’s interference in that choice may not be welcome in Joss’s opinion. While Carly is merely protecting her daughter, Joss still may not like it.
The whole reason Joss wanted to work for the WSB was to seek justice. Her true love, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), was killed, and she wanted to take down the “bad guys.”
Brennan caught Josslyn at the right place at the right time. He fed her clues that led her to Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) cabin, where she shot her lover’s killer.
Jack helped Joss clean up the mess and presented her with a very tempting offer. He recruited her to work for the WSB and make a difference in the world by becoming an agent.
Joss agreed and was promptly trained. Unfortunately, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) uncovered Joss’s secret and told Carly.
Since Brennan is dating Carly, she understandably felt betrayed. Now, she’s plotting with Valentin to bring Jack to his knees.
There is a lot of potential fallout from this high-stakes situation that is poised to occur, and it could go a couple of different ways.
Joss could either decide to turn her back on Carly or betray her boss, Brennan. GH has a golden opportunity here to pump up the drama in a major way. We have to wonder which road Josslyn will take.
