‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers find very exciting news about bringing one of their favorite characters back. It has been quite some time since we have seen her and we know that we are happy to make this announcement. Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) will be coming back to General Hospital on August 19!

From our sources, we have heard that Helena will appear in a flashback. We are not quite sure who will have the flashback and just what it will mean to them. There could be a number of people it could be, so we know it will bring on some unexpected drama.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Helena Cassadine is back
Just who is Helena? For those who are not sure, Helena came to Port Charles in 1981. At first she was played by Elizabeth Taylor, then Towers took on the role. In 1997, she was a full time character and was known for her crazy schemes.
Helena ended up dying in 2016. She has been on many episodes where they show her coming from the beyond the grave. She has been the thing of many Port Charles residents’ nightmares!
‘General Hospital’ News: It This Drew’s Flashback?
From some of the spoilers that we have seen, we think that this flashback could belong to Drew Cain (Billy Miller) when he was serving time in Afghanistan. We are not quite sure what Drew would be having flashbacks with Helena in them, but you never know what will happen on General Hospital.
When Miller made the announcement that he was leaving General Hospital, fans were pretty shocked. Billy Miller did tape his final scenes back in July, so we think that maybe this flashback has something to do with the way he will leave the show. Only time will tell what is next for Helena and Drew.
Keep your eyes peeled for her coming up next week. Could this mean that ‘General Hospital’ will keep Helena on the show for more than one episode? Will they bring her back from the dead completely?
We can only hope to see her more than once this season and we are very happy to see her back in this role!
