‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers is asking if you remember Oscar Nero? He was played by Garren Stitt and now Stitt has moved onto a new stage in his life. He is now making music and doing very well at it. We caught up with him and his new song, ‘Acting’.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: A New Side of Stitt
When Stitt was on ‘General Hospital’, he was nominated for a Daytime Emmy and the young actor has been branching out from acting lately. In fact, he just released his first single and it is called ‘Acting.’ His new EP is called Heartbreak Lake and he does use the name Garren Lake on the album.

He has been posting a lot on his Instagram account to try and get the word out about his music. He made a video for his account to document the making of his first single and what it took to do it. He said, “I got in the studio and the first thing I did was I pulled up a lot of beats. There was really dope ones in there but none of them were matching the vibe. I finally came across one beat that just stood out to me. It matched the vibe I was going for and I really, really wanted to tell my story on it. “
Garren didn’t have the easiest time getting his words down with the beats though. On the second day of being in the studio, he said he had some troubles getting his feelings in words. “Everything I was trying to write didn’t match my emotion. I started thinking; I can’t come up with the words so I called my boy Dalton. He came through and he honestly saved that night.” The two of them sat down and made some great music. Garren and Dalton made ‘Acting’ that night.
After putting the long days and nights on this album, Garren is extremely excited to share it with his fans. He wants everyone to know that his heart and soul went into making this album and he couldn’t be happier about sharing it. He was very happy to make the songs and with the help of some close friends, he thinks it will be quite successful.We hope that Garren has continued success and that this album does well for him. We certainly miss him on ‘General Hospital‘ and perhaps we will see him again as a guest star. The album is available now to stream or download.
