‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) has a surprising co-conspirator. During the Thursday, November 7th episode, we learned he’s the one who broke Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) out of WSB custody. She managed to pull off an escape that put Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) in a bad situation. She’s not the only one, but it’s Nikolas’ fault. Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Escape
Things started off well. Nikolas managed to get her on work detail, and Cassandra and Sam were left with one guard. Nikolas waited nearby in a van, which he used to help her leave after Cassandra knocked out the guard. But there’s one problem in his plan.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: The mistake
This is where Nikolas Cassadine made a huge mistake. He was totally right to decide to get rid of her. After all, she came to Port Charles and got herself in a mess that he is now having to clean up. It’s only natural to consider her more trouble than she’s worth. However, he went about it wrong.
As Cassandra sits there with no binds holding her, he tells her she won’t be getting on any plane out of here. He considers their partnership dissolved. Both of these things together were a horrible combination. He compounded it by not having the back of the van locked. Predictably, Cassandra opens in and runs off. So much for the creepy, efficient vibe he was giving off. It’s a total rookie mistake that doesn’t seem to fit with the great setup they’d started.
‘General’ Hospital spoilers: The save
Despite his idiotic move, he recovered pretty well. Unable to stop Cassandra from running, he went to Plan B. Nikolas placed an anonymous call to the cops saying he’d seen Cassandra and where. However, despite knowing that she was unarmed, he told them she had a weapon.
That was a great idea. The cops are already on guard with her because of her international criminal past. If they thinks she’s armed? Let’s just a recipe for Cassandra’s demise. We all know Casandra’s a bit quirky, and she could very easily do something that will cause them to act. Even a good idea has a downside, though.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Trouble ahead
The downside of his plan is it could put someone close in the crossfire. During the Friday, November 8th episode, Cassandra manages to get inside where Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) is having something to eat. What happens is really weird. Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) are sitting in the same place, although away from Charlotte. How they, or anyone else, didn’t notice her arrival is beyond us. It’s not like her picture probably hasn’t been everywhere following her arrest. Later, Cassandra leaves with the child and this is trouble for Nikolas Cassadine. If anything happens to that child because of this, he’s going to have an almost impossible road back to his family.
