‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers have Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) at odds, Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) defending Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) gets a request. There’s also a proposition for Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and work to do. If you missed it, let’s get to the ‘General Hospital’ recap for the day.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: White lies
Lulu is furious today when Olivia gives Rocco Falconeri (O’Neill Monahan) a glove that’s supposedly from his dad. She thinks Olivia shouldn’t be lying to the kid, as it’s unfair to make him think that things are getting better. Olivia counters with the Santa Claus argument, which Lulu says is not remotely the same thing.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Who’s he?
Things get a bit worse when Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) shows up. He apparently didn’t realize there was a party going on when he showed up at the pub, and was invited to stay by Rocco himself. Lulu doesn’t have any objections to this, of course, but Olivia does. She can’t believe that Lulu seems kind of cozy with Dustin and complains to Sonny. He doesn’t appear bothered at all. He thinks that Lulu has the right to not put her life on indefinite hold, especially since Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogn) wanted a divorce.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: An offer he apparently can refuse
Sonny had to take off, so he leaves the pub. As he does, he’s approached by Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Valentin thinks that given the near threat to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) from Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) that Sonny might want to handle the issue. Sonny responds that he’s just a coffee importer before taking off.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Defending Franco
Given the potential link between Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) crash and the attack on Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery), Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) drops by Franco’s to ask a few questions. Kim just happens to have been there, and seriously hurting over the news about Drew. She immediately senses the fact that he might be getting accused and jumps to Franco’s defense.
She makes it clear they were together at the time, and any further questions better be delivered to Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner), his lawyer. She even ends up calling him Drew a couple of times. Franco, for his part, was unconcerned. He knew he had nothing to do with anything.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Looking ahead
With Drew possibly gone now, Aurora Media is in a bit of trouble. Everyone is talking about this. In an effort to show stability and protect Drew’s sole heir, Scout, Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) offers Sam the chance to take over for a while, either until Drew is found or a long-term replacement can be found. She’s grateful for him thinking about her daughter like that, but she’s not in a place to consider this right now. Jax assures her this is an open offer.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: On the case again
Also looking for answers is Laura Webber (Genie Francis). She and Jordan Ashford (Brianna Nicole Henry) are convinced that there is more to the Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattson) link than meets the eye. They want to know what the whole story is, and they’re going to find out. In related news, Laura is getting pulled into Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) partnership with Jax. She knows the Cassadines well, especially Helena (Constance Towers) and might just be his best source in finding that will codicil.
