General Hospital spoilers for the week of Monday, April 14 to Friday, April 18 reveal Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) makes his choice. Meanwhile, Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) comes for Laura Collins (Genie Francis) yet again. Plus, the latest change at Miller/Davis might lead to a problem. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital spoilers for Monday, April 14 to Friday, April 18: Bad choice?
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Kai makes a questionable decision. We knew he was planning to get the surgery, but it looks like he is going to do it against medical advice. See, he’d gone to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) to get her opinion, thanks to Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) advice. It looks like Portia did the research she’d promised, and it didn’t turn out well. In the promo, she says she can’t recommend getting the surgery in good conscience.
We assume this could lead to an issue between Kai and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). If she learns her mother is against it, Trina will obviously default to agreeing with her mother on the situation. So, she’ll likely try to get Kai to change his mind and we don’t see him taking well to that.
General Hospital spoilers for Monday, April 14 to Friday, April 18: Showtime
Meanwhile, Laura is having some fun this week. Ezra will make a big spectacle of Laura’s association with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). In fact, he’ll announce that her allegiance should be with the people of Port Charles, not the local crime boss. We know they wanted a certain appearance so Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) could have a reason to accept that job with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). However, we’re pretty sure Ezra’s grandstanding won’t be welcome. It will also make the situation worse for Laura, but we don’t expect any change in plan.
General Hospital spoilers for Monday, April 14 to Friday, April 18: Questions
Finally, things get real with Sonny. See, General Hospital spoilers reveal Sonny meets the new attorney working with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy). Things turn ugly quick, as Sonny will say, “Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). That’s your father, right?” Based on the look on Diane’s face, we have a feeling she has no clue about Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) connection to Sidwell. We’ll see if he can convince Diane that he has no part of whatever his father is up to. At least, we don’t think he does just yet.
