ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) met up with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) Wednesday. As newer viewers, we tend to not look up a lot, as we love the tidbits the writers throw out about the show’s history.
It’s a discovery process, and it’s fun. So, we didn’t know a lot about their relationship, and we’d forgotten a flashback episode that showed some of their bond. So, this was a nice surprise to us. Let’s talk about why we loved this moment and how Spencer needs to watch himself.

First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal it was nice to see Britt so happy and excited to see Spencer and vice versa. The few scenes between them today showed they have a nice bond, and Britt might be exactly what Spencer needs right now.
So, we can sort of understand his impulse to try playing matchmaker again. But there’s another reason we’d love to see her take more of an active role in Spencer’s story.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Tell it like it is
It’s obvious Spencer is on very shaky ground, morally speaking. Yeah, he has reasons not to like Ava Jerome (Maura West), but Britt pointed out how horrible this stalker and what he’s doing is. Mostly, the whole aspect of trying to scare people.
We agree. He’s gone way too far, and this is why Britt’s needed. She’s a straight shooter. And judging by their scenes, she’s also very motherly toward him as well. Look at how she refused to buy him that drink and called him out for the matchmaking attempt.
If anyone can get through to Spencer, we think it could be Britt. Unlike Laura Webber (Genie Francis), she’s the type who’ll call him out, but she’ll also be somewhat cool about it.
And we think the harder people come down on Spencer over all this, the more he’ll lash out/act out. Of course, that could change a bit if Britt learns Spencer’s the stalker. And his secret might not be safe for long.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: What’s next?
As far as the future, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Spencer’s dug himself in deep. And he hasn’t been smart about it, considering he tossed those shoes in the garbage without having used gloves. So, if anyone finds them? He’s toast.
Plus, he already slipped about the “presents” Ava got. Which, by the way, we’re still disappointed Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) accepted that lame explanation. He should have pushed more.
But besides that, he’s being so obvious in happiness that marriage is over, and trying to get Britt and Nikolas to reconnect. If people don’t put the pieces together soon, we’ll have serious doubts about the intelligence in this town. Or the water supply…
