Instead of ‘Rachel Meghan’ the document now says “Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex.” What’s more, Prince Harry also added “Prince” to the document to complete his title of “His Royal Highness Prince Henry Charles Albert David Duke of Sussex.”
This move might indicate Harry and Meghan’s need or desire to keep their royal titles as it is. However, there have been a lot of critics who have called for Queen Elizabeth to strip the couple from their titles seeing how they are no longer full-time working members of the royal family.
If that weren’t enough, a lot of people have complained about Harry and Meghan constantly breaking royal protocol by doing such things are speaking about controversial topics and getting involved in the 2020 election. The couple urged Americans to get out and vote in a video that they filmed back in October of last year.
If that weren’t enough, Prince Harry also got political in a video in which he talked about the violent Capitol riots that took place on Jan. 6th. Even though it’s under strict protocol that members of the royal family refrain from sharing any of their thoughts or opinions about political matters.
It looks like Prince Harry can’t help but add his two cents about the current climate in his new home country of the United States. In fact, the Duke of Sussex went a step even further by addressing the Capitol riots that took place on January 20th and says that social media certainly played a role in it.
