It begins with Julian making a very shocking decision. After getting plenty of advice from both Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Julian decides to move forward with his decision. Of course, Brad is a little shocked by this. Also, it also appears as though Julian might consider Brad’s request and do something about Obrecht, despite knowing what the consequences may be.

Elsewhere, Chase decides to give Franco a helping hand by getting his ankle monitor off. Also, Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) is feeling more emotional and conflicted than ever before. Even though she is set to leave Port Charles with Julian, she can’t help but wonder how her life would be if she decided to stay and be with Franco/Drew.
As a matter of fact, Franco is making it pretty clear that he is head over heels in love with Kim and that he wants to spend the rest of his life with her in a very official way. This, of course, is bad news for Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst).
