‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicate that Laura Webber (Genie Francis) is tempted, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is shaken by Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) disappearance, and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) gets some questions. We also have a near-miss for Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and some tough talk for Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Truth about to come out?
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) sees Sasha and Liesl talking as Liesl helps her navigate the hospital. She’s trying to get her strength back. They’re discussing the truth of her connection to Nina, which Michael doesn’t seem to hear. He does, however, pick up on how intimidated Sasha appears to be.
Back in her hospital room and alone, he wants to know what’s going on. He seems to stay cool and collected when facing his crazy family and other things. He can’t understand when Liesl is so scary. Sasha admits that Liesl knows she’s not what Nina wants her to be. It’s cryptic, but Michael thinks that it can’t be all that bad. She actually starts to confess to not being Nina’s daughter, but he stops her from saying anything. He knows she promised to explain once she’s out of the hospital, which hasn’t happened yet.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Hard blow
Nina Reeves later visits the office to pick up some papers. She runs into Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), who asks about Sasha. He’s thrilled to hear she’s going to be okay and wants to hug her, but Nina isn’t having that. She knows he’s after Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) for something, and she doesn’t appreciate that.
She threatens to tell Drew about what his partner is up to, and Jax is forced to break the bad news. Nina is crushed to learn there is little hope of finding him alive. Jax promises he has a team looking. Nina and Valentine leave, and Nina nearly breaks down in front of him. She was just on top of the world a minute ago, and now this.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Near-miss
Liesl drops by the pub, where Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Julian Jerome (William deVry) are fighting about him leaving. He thinks that she is a strong woman who can take care of herself, whereas Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) needs a little help in her healing. Ava scoffs at the idea she’s so strong, then points out that Kim’s grief will follow her wherever she goes. We’re with her on both counts, especially the strong part. She’s spending more time at the bottom of a bottle than anything. Sounds like someone that needs extra support to us…
Anyway, Julian gets Liesl completely plastered by making her drink massively strong, then nearly stabs her. Instead, he plunges the knife into the bar and wakes her up. He says she’s drunk and needs to get a ride home.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Tempting proposition
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) meets with Laura Webber about his case. He stays vague, which makes Laura reluctant to dredge up all her old memories of the things Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) did to her. Curtis insists that finding this “artifact” he believes that Helena has hidden on one of the Cassadine properties is the key to taking down Valentin.
Laura seems interested, but is wary because of Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). When he mentions this may actually bring Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechte) home for good, Laura is sold. She’s also coming with him, no matter what he says.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Dose of reality
After skipping class and going off the grid, Jax is upset. So is Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). He thinks it is time for them to seriously consider Joss splitting her home between them, which Carly doesn’t like. She points out he is still living in her hotel. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard), Joss, and Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) arrive, and Jax lectures Joss about what she did. Joss is sorry, and doesn’t know what else to say, so she runs off.
While Carly is outside with Joss explaining why this was so bad, Dev Cerci is getting some questions from Jax. Sonny doesn’t like when Jax tries to find out what school he transferred from, so he makes it clear Jax needs to go home. After Jax leaves, Dev says this is another reason he should just work at the warehouse. Sonny counters that that would lead to more questions, and an education is key to achieving things in life. Dev later hears Carly saying that this isn’t working and they need to make other arrangements, for their good and his.
As for Carly and Joss, she explains their family is not normal. When Joss goes silent like that, Carly’s mind goes to horrible places. There are a lot of people out there who are jealous of what they have and want to hurt them. Did she seriously just use the “haters” argument? Um… more likely, it’s about the way Sonny gets what they have, Carly…
