‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that since Michael Mealor has returned as Kyle Abbott, fans have been loving seeing him again. Not only this, but they are thrilled with the new Summer Newman portrayed by Allison Lanier and the chemistry these two have together.
While there are still fans that wish Hunter King was still in the role, most have accepted the change. Since Kyle has returned, there has been a lot going on, including his mother Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) returning from the dead and trying to make things right with her abandoned son.
With characters like her returning, it has us wondering who else could return.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: With Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) Back In Genoa City Could We See Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) Return?
While many would love to see Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) return to the role it’s unlikely as she has gone on to portray Supergirl and will be appearing in DC’s ‘Flash’ film as well as potential other DCEU films. However, one name that I think is a possibility is Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson).
Theo is related to the Abbotts through Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams) and after attempting to get a huge chunk of inheritance, was given a pity business in France to run. While he and Kyle faced off, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) was always kind to him and treated him as best he could.
With Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) being killed off, we could definitely use something to shake up the city a little bit and Theo could definitely add that for us. While he’s a bit rough around the edges, before we last saw him he had straightened out quite a bit and could add an interesting dynamic now.
