‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Richard Burgi came into Genoa City as the intimidating and relentless Ashland Locke, however, due to off-screen reasons, he was replaced with Robert Newman who has been portraying the character up until now.
While Burgi had a quiet, mystery about him and was a cold and calculation monster, Robert has made him more of a gangster-type who is not afraid to get in someone’s face and threaten them. Personally, I preferred Burgi because you never really knew what he was thinking. He could be playing you but you had no idea. Newman seems much more on the nose.

With his storyline coming up to an end (we assume) we are wondering what you’ve thought of the storyline. It seems like the Newmans have had enough of Ashland and are done playing his games, and feels like we could have a murder mystery on our hands! The tension is rising and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) could be in danger!
