‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that not only does Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) have one podcast, but now he’s adding a second. In the second podcast, he is dubbing his voice for anonymity, and really, it’s just getting weird. The first podcast most viewers found annoying.
This second one is just getting worse, and Billy needs to stop this madness. Several fans have commented about his podcast and how they fast forward through his bits. Is it really adding to the show at all? What storyline does it further or does it just feel like filler? That’s our question… are you at all interested in Billy’s podcast/s?

Fans reacted saying, “The little vignette forgot to show the most power-hungry and corrupt of them all- Victor Newman. Maybe Billy should hint at that in his ‘podcast’.”, “This billy podcast has to end. I can’t be the only one feeling this way (Jason Thomson is awesome tho)”, “Why can’t they find a real job for him?”, “Let’s talk about sitting in a darkroom by yourself talking is Creepy!”, and “Same! I’m almost embarrassed for him 😬”
From their responses it sounds like they are ready for it to be over but how about you? Are you a fan of Billy Abbott’s dark night musings or do you think it’s just a waste of time for the show writers to do less content? It doesn’t really feel like it’s connecting anything and the screentime is just a waste.
This is a bummer too because I think Jason Thompson is a good actor, he’s just not getting any help from his current storyline.
