Earlier this week, King Charles legally stripped his brother, Andrew, of his Prince and HRH titles. Last week, his Duke of York title was removed.
Andrew And Sarah Lied About Cutting Ties With Epstein
A document titled “The King’s Letters Patent” was published by the Crown Office in the Gazette, the UK’s official public record.
The Gazette entry read,
“THE KING has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 3 November 2025 to declare that Andrew Mountbatten Windsor shall no longer be entitled to hold and enjoy the style, title, or attribute of ‘Royal Highness’ and the titular dignity of ‘Prince.’
Buckingham Palace insisted it was necessary to legally strip Andrew of all his titles after the endless controversy surrounding his relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
It was proven that Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, had lied about ceasing contact with Epstein. In an email, Andrew wrote, “We’re in this together,” after his infamous picture with the late sex abuse victim, Virginia Giuffre, was taken.
New emails also emerged from court documents in which Andrew had written another email to Epstein that read, “good to catch up in person,” months after the pedophile was released from prison.
To this day, Andrew continues to deny the allegations and claims that he never even met Giuffre. She made sure her memoir, which spoke her truth, was released to the public.
The disgraced royal has also been removed from the Royal website, and nothing is written about Andrew, and they have even stopped Andrew from coming up in the search bar.
Not only have Andrew’s royal privileges been removed, but he’s no longer welcome on the King’s Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, which means he won’t be participating in any more Christmases with the family.
Andrew Can Keep His Military Service Medals
It looks like Virginia has achieved what most believed was impossible: powerful and connected men can and will be held accountable.
The only item Andrew walks away with: his military service medals. Andrew served twenty-two years in the military.
It was solely the King’s decision to remove all of Andrew’s titles and honors. He is using his Royal Prerogative, which allows him to make determinations about royal titles and honors without involving Parliament.
Additionally, Andrew is being kicked out of his cushy home at Royal Lodge. Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor.
The record also shows that the title of the Duke of York was removed by Royal Warrant, and that his former status as ‘Prince’ was legally removed by the King’s patent.
All of Andrew’s titles and honors have officially been legally removed. Meanwhile, Sarah Ferguson is having a meltdown and blaming herself for the fallout and consequences she and Andrew are facing.
The former Duchess of York is said to be “more on edge.” According to the Daily Mail,
“Andrew is hunkering down in Royal Lodge surrounded by Amazon deliveries amid the couple’s dramatic fall from grace.”
A source close to the royal family said,
“Sarah is blaming herself. She keeps repeating, “What if I haven’t done this, what if I haven’t done that?”
Apparently, Fergie is also considering moving away from Britain. That said, it would benefit the UK for these two lowlifes to finally exit the country and leave the royal family alone.
