It’s without a doubt that Ridge Forrester and Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) separation and impending divorce has been one very long process. As a matter of fact, it seems as though both parties want to make things work but are just waiting for the other person to give in. In other words, Brooke’s ego is just as big as her husband’s, but that’s something ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ fans already knew, right?

Well, Brooke will learn the hard way that if you want to stay together in a happy marriage, you have to give as much as you take. You also have to learn the art of compromise. After giving Ridge an ultimatum, he will again prove to his soon-to-be ex-wife that she can disrespect him all that she wants, but he is putting his foot down once and for all when it comes to his kids. There is no way that he will cut his son Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) out of his life just because Brooke says so.

With that said, Shauna Fulton will swoop in and help heal any and all of Ridge’s battle wounds. She will prove to Ridge that she is everything that Brooke is not.
