Forrester Creations may have thought firing Will Spencer would put an end to the drama surrounding RJ and Electra, but Wednesday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful proved the fallout is only getting bigger.
Instead of disappearing after losing his job, Will landed exactly where Ridge and Steffy probably least wanted him — with Bill Spencer at Logan. And judging by Bill’s reaction, he sees this as a massive win for both his family and his growing fashion company.
At the same time, Hope continued quietly building Logan behind the scenes while RJ kept pushing himself into Electra’s relationship with Will, despite her making it clear where her heart still is.
Bill Welcomes Will Into The Family Business

After getting fired over the fight with RJ, Will walked straight into Logan and immediately filled Bill and Katie in on everything that happened. The second Will explained RJ got him fired, Bill practically celebrated.
“Hallelujah!” Bill laughed after hearing the news.
And once Will admitted he punched “precious RJ,” Bill looked even more convinced that Forrester had made a mistake letting his son go.

Katie was less enthusiastic about the fight turning physical, but even she admitted RJ needed to show Will more respect.
That conversation quickly turned toward Logan’s future once Bill suggested Will officially join the company.
Bill told his son the Forresters would not be able to “kick him around any longer,” while making it clear he wanted him working alongside the family. Will joked about wanting a seven-figure salary, stock options and a corner office before finally agreeing to come aboard.
Once the joking stopped, Will admitted he would be “proud” to work with his family.
Bill clearly loved hearing that.

He talked about wanting all of his boys working together and called it a dream come true watching Will become “a Spencer man.” He also made another dig at Ridge, admitting there was nothing he enjoyed more than “one-upping the dressmaker.”
Hope Makes It Clear She Is Done Waiting On Forrester

At Brooke’s place, Hope continued moving full speed ahead with Logan while trying to keep everything quiet from Ridge and Brooke.
When Ridge questioned why she was taking a leave of absence from Forrester, Hope did not hold back. She made it clear she was tired of being “strung along and pacified” over Hope for the Future.

Ridge insisted they intended to restart the line eventually, but Hope clearly no longer trusts Forrester to prioritize her or her future.
After Ridge and Brooke left, Hope reminded Deke that they needed to keep their Logan jobs secret for now. She also revealed she plans to use the Hope Logan name for the new line moving forward.
That alone feels like a huge statement.
RJ Still Refuses To Let Electra Go

Meanwhile, RJ spent most of the episode trying to convince Electra that Will was bad for her.
He blamed Will entirely for the fight and claimed the Spencer was “deeply insecure,” insisting that was why he punched him in the first place. RJ even argued that “a Spencer shouldn’t have been working there” at Forrester.
Electra did not agree.
She acknowledged the situation was messy, but she also made it crystal clear she still loves Will and plans to move in with him. RJ warned her she was making a mistake and suggested Will’s jealousy would only get worse now that he no longer worked at Forrester.
Still, Electra never backed away from her relationship.
She even reminded RJ that while first loves do not always last forever, sometimes they do.
Forrester Keeps Losing People To The Competition
What makes this storyline interesting is how quickly things are changing around Forrester.
Hope left after growing frustrated over the constant delays surrounding Hope for the Future. Deke followed her to Logan almost immediately. Now Will has officially joined the rival company too.
And unlike before, Bill Spencer is aggressively welcoming every single one of them.
Wednesday’s episode made it very clear Bill sees an opportunity here. While Forrester continues dealing with personal drama and fallout inside the company, Bill keeps adding more people to Logan’s side.
At some point, Ridge may need to stop treating these exits like isolated situations.
Because the competition standing across from Forrester is getting bigger every week.
