‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers find that stars always look good, so it’s no surprise that three actresses from the show ran into each other at the gym recently.
Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) posted a picture to her Instagram that had hardcore Bold fans jumping into the comments section to gush (and had Kimberlin Brown (Sheila Carter) leaving one very relatable comment).
In what could have been a #ThrowbackThursday (but wasn’t) post, Katherine took a pic of herself with Linsey Godfrey (ex-Caroline Spencer Forrester) and Kim Matula (ex-Hope Logan). All three women looked like they’d been working out hard- and managed to still look fabulous while doing it!
At 60 years old, Katherine seems to have stopped the hands of time. She equates this to her avid participation in triathlons and explained how she prepares for the grueling races. “I train for about one hour to two hours, five to six times a week,” she confided. “I alternate cycling, running and swimming, or a combination of three, as with triathlons, the transitions from one type of exercise to the other are very important.”

As for Linsey, being seen recently back on screens on ‘Days of Our Lives’ as Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) pretending to be Sarah Horton (it’s a whole mask thing…), she too has posted photos previously of her workouts. Linsey, who has been very candid about her mental health, shows off how she takes care of her physical health with many posts of insane lifts and an incredibly toned physique.
Kim Matula, meanwhile is keeping busy, appearing as a wronged wife on the Mindy Kaling created (and loose biopic) The Sex Lives of College Girls and will be appearing soon in the movie Tapawingo, alongside Gina Gershon, Jon Heder and Billy Zane. She also appeared in American Crime Story: Impeachment as conservative Fox news host, Laura Ingraham.
And yet she still has time to get to the gym.
