Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost have just welcomed a baby boy- the first child for the couple who wed in October last year.
The 36 year old actress, who recently made headlines for sung Disney for releasing Black Widow on their Disney+ streaming platform, kept her pregnancy private. Rumors swirled when Johansson was absent from much of the Black Widow promotion, even though she portrayed the title character. Co-star Florence Pugh headed up most of the press-junkets.

Jost, 39, however, briefly mentioned the pregnancy news during a stand-up performance at in Connecticut on Sunday. The Saturday Night Live star then announced the birth of his first child, Cosmo, on Instagram on Wednesday.
The post showed no photos, just the statement
Ok ok we had a baby
His name is Cosmo
We love him very much.
He captioned the post with the hashtag #wegotawaywithitforalongtime, referring to the fact that the first confirmation of the pregnancy was made only days before Cosmo came into the world.
In a second part of the post, Jost implored the public give the family privacy but managed to punk his Weekend Update desk buddy, Michael Che by asking that all enquiries be sent to Josts’ publicist- @Chethinks. The account belongs to Che, not to a publicist.
The couple, who met when Johansson guest hosted SNL, are also parents to Scarlett’s daughter, 7 year old Rose with second husband Romain Dauriac . She was also married to Canadian actor, Ryan Reynolds for three years prior to that but the pair had no children.
If two kids don’t keep her busy enough, Johansson has several movies in pre and post-production She will be appearing- by voice at least- in Sing 2, due out this Christmas (and already completed).
She is reportedly currently filming an untiled Wes Anderson movie, is rumored to star as Audrey in a Little Shop of Horrors remake and will be appearing as the title character, the Bride in another flick. Bride is a new take on the bride from Bride of Frankenstein. Lastly, Johansson also looks set to appear in newly announced Reflective Light, based on the 2014 novel, The Deepest Secret.
