From Return to Amish, Jeremiah Raber has recently updated his fans on his recent hospital stay. He was in the ICU and added to his wife’s restraining order, he has had a lot going on in his life lately. He posted on Facebook, “Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes.”

He is seen outside in the picture and just enjoying time in the sun and outside in nature. There was a rough time before this post though. There were some of his followers that said that he was lying about being in the ICU.

    Return to Amish: What Happened?

Jeremiah shared a video for those who didn’t believe that he was in the ICU. The video was from the hospital and in it, he is giving the middle finger to those who thought he was lying. He told his fans that he was “doing much better. I’ll be moved to a normal room soon and out of the ICU.

Thanks, everyone for all of your prayers.” He was admitted into the ICU on April 13 with diabetic Ketoacidosis. He did have someone post on his Facebook for him and it read, “Jeremiah will be offline for a bit. He has asked that we admins keep you all up to date.”

Just two weeks before this happened, his wife, Carmela Raber, accused him of abuse. He told his fans, “Everything she’s accusing me of is back in 2017. Even the stuff that says 2022. Look it up. It’s all in the reports from back then. She used the s**t to get the order just to kick me out. It’s sad how quick people are to post stuff like that but turn a blind eye to the change for the better people have made in their life.”

Carmela did file a restraining order against him and she told police that they had a fight and he said he was going to “put her six feet under”. She has accused him of domestic violence and even said that one time he threw hot coffee on her during a fight.

The charges have been dropped and Jeremiah did complete a PTD in 2018 to prove that he was innocent.

We will see Jeremiah again in the next season of Return to Amish. He has gained quite the following since the last season where he tried to find his biological father, only to find out that he had died. Keep an eye on TLC for the announcement of the new season.
