If you watched TLC’s Return to Amish, you may remember Jeremiah Raber. He has been very open about being on the show and now he is revealing some very shocking news about the producers. He admitted that some of the scenes on the show were scripted and that the producers wanted the cast to bring more drama to the series in order to get higher ratings. He said that this happened on a daily basis and now he is opening up more.
‘Return to Amish’: More Tales of Scripted Scenes
TLC has been given a lot of backlash for the shows that they make and the idea of scripting the scenes. There have been cast members from many shows, such as Unexpected and 16 and Pregnant that have revealed that some scenes were scripted for more drama added to the shows. McKayla Adkins has opened up about the show and the producers as well. When she left the show, she told her fans, “Lol honestly not surprised if you don’t suck their d***s they hate you.”
She went on about a three minute rant on TikTok about the network and how they showed her children naked on television and she had asked them not to. She expressed a lot of concerns about the show and the producers continued to push her to do certain scenes.
She said that they told her that they would sue her for slander and she knew it was because she wasn’t afraid to open up about the show. She has told her fans that the producers will do anything for ratings and now that she has come out about the show, she is being punished for not staying silent.
Jacob Roloff from Little People, Big World is another cast member who decided to open up about his experiences as well. He told fans that he was molested by a producer of the show and that he hoped that this opening up would help others to understand what is going on at TLC.
What do you think about these allegations? McKayla feels that she will never get the justice she deserves and that the network will keep pushing her with lawyers and fees. She is going to stand by her word and hope that fans will eventually see what is happening on these reality shows.
You can keep up with McKayla on her Instagram and TikTok accounts. She posts frequently.
