‘General Hospital (GH)’ spoilers for August 19th reveal the wedding talk will continue for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Plus, Ava Jerome (Maura West) is running scared, while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) gets an earful. Let’s take a look at what’s going on Thursday.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For 19 August: Running scared
First off, General Hospital spoilers indicate Ava has had a rough time of it recently. After the incident with her car, she wonders if, “there’s any place where this psychopath can’t get to her.” We can’t blame her for that. This whole mess with force her to make a decision Thursday.
We wonder if this will be Ava leaving town. She already agreed to divorce Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). She also cut her communications with him. Well, until Nikolas showed up going on about Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez). So, we think a great distance from it all might be the next thing she does. She’s definitely running out of options.
Related to this, Spencer tells Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) he knows what he likes and he’d like to know more. We think he might want to tread carefully here. He got a save when that car fire at GH happened, but truth tends to come to light in soaps. And Trina will rip him apart when she learns he was stalking Ava. During their talk, they’ll get another surprise, and we can’t imagine what that will be right now, but it doesn’t feel like it’ll be anything good.
To top it off, Laura Webber (Genie Francis) will continue to lecture Nikolas about his actions. And when she finds out Nikolas was right (at least until the car fire), we wonder how much crow she’ll eat. For now, she’ll warn Nikolas he could lose everything with one more terrible choice. Why doesn’t she make it easy and say they’re both messed up and need serious help?
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For 19 August: Trouble ahead
In other General Hospital spoilers, Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) tells Britt there’s plenty more where that came from. As teaser say Britt must face the consequences of her actions, this is gonna be good. Likely, Epiphany will be furious about Britt’s part in the staff changes and what not that happened under Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) watch.
She’ll likely be another blaming Britt for his plot when she was duped as well. We love Epiphany, but we kind of hope Britt tells her where to go with this, because poor Britt’s been unfairly treated through this whole thing.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For 19 August: Seriously?
Finally, Carly wants to know if any part of this wedding is going to be about her and Jason. And we can’t. So someone’s upset the business arrangement they’re entering into isn’t going to be a romantic deal on their time? Please. This was never about them and their relationship. It was about the image it presents and how it will make the families back off.
They’re lucky the families are just pressuring this to happen already after she missed that meeting. Two times now, the other families came into a meeting with one expectation and got another. That’s not good and if Carly objects to their pressure, she really should just admit she has no business being in this.
