NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal we’re in for a lot of nostalgia ahead. At least, it sounds that way from the teasers for the next couple of weeks. And it sort of makes sense, given the “Possession” promo released the other day. It also fits in with them bringing back old characters/actors for Beyond Salem. In fact, two characters got into a brief discussion of the past in one episode. Let’s take a look at what’s ahead.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Family secrets?
First off, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) dreams of being a filmmaker might have some unintended consequences. It seems Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) promise to discuss the idea with John Black (Drake Hogestyn) won’t go well. Teasers suggest this is going to stir up a lot of bad memories, and get Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) asking too many questions.
As newer viewers, we’re excited to see what secrets might lie in Will Horton’s (Chandler Massey) script—assuming Johnny gets it. Given all these teasers, we think there’s a good chance. And it will be interesting to see how Allie reacts to the answers she “might not want.” But they’re not the only ones in for some nostalgia.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Ex-factor
Next week, it seems that that script will be talked about a lot. And it might lead to another chance at romance. We know Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) tried to rekindle things with Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) about the time Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) was pretending to be her. As ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers tease they get caught up in memories of the past, we wonder how long until these memories dictate their actions? We’d personally love to see how a pairing of these two would work, as we never got the chance to see them together years ago.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Tying in?
So, there was a promo called, “Possession.” It seemed to hint they’re bringing back the classic storyline of Marlena Evans’s. Could the script and all these people dealing with memories be a way to lead in to this? We’ll see. So far, not much has been released but that brief teaser. So, it could be a full storyline, or a one-off Halloween thing. But we do think, considering the timing, these other stories are meant to get fans ready for what ever is ahead. And we can’t wait. In our opinion, the DOOL writers have been doing great, especially since the Time Jump.
