On Tuesday morning, a message announcing Tony’s passing was posted on his official Facebook page. A with Tony’s manager revealed that Lauren, who is deeply distressed, thought her husband had passed away and informed his management. Now that we know, he’s receiving hospice care but is still conscious and breathing.
While the post was made public and it spread around like a wildfire, however, it was all a mistake. We made a post about the news, but now are reporting that he did indeed, NOT PASS. His confused wife made a mistake and we wish her the best during this tough time.
The Facebook post read, “Tony was a beautiful soul – kind, compassionate, funny and humble. It was truly a joy to just be around him. His gentle voice and unpretentious manner was immediately comforting and you could not help but love him. The world has lost an amazing human being, but we are all richer for the memories that he has left us.”

Christopher, Tony’s son said that his “Dad is at home, under hospice care, and in his last hours. My wife and I are by his side along with many friends that have visited. He has a fighting heart.”
We hope that Tony will continue to fight through what’s going on and thankfully, he has his son and wife by his side. Keep up the good fight Tony and we will be hoping for the best.
