fter several long years of being under the conservatorship of her Mother, Lynn Bynes, an LA Judge will finally move to terminate Amanda Bynes’ conservatorship tomorrow on March 22nd, 2022. It’s a definite victory for Amanda but also a victory for the FreeBritney movement which started the conversation about conservatorships and how they can sometimes be abused when a conservatee is not mentally or completely physically incapacitated.
Amanda had some emotional issues that were well documented over on Twitter in 2013, along with a few episodes of erratic behavior that landed her in what was a personal and medical conservatorship.
Judge moves to terminate Amanda Bynes’ conservatorship
However, it seems that Amanda has made a complete recovery. The judge has deemed the conservatorship no longer necessary. Originally, it was going to be extended for one more year until 2023 but it looks like the judge revised that decision at the last minute and deemed Amanda good to make decisions for herself again.
So Amanda Bynes, in 24 hours, will be free to make her own personal decisions once more as a fully grown adult. We do wonder now that she’s in control of everything just what she will be doing. It looks like Amanda has left the glitzy Hollywood world and gotten a degree in fashion design from the famed FIDM institute, where some youtuber influencers graduated from, so perhaps she will try some fashion design?
I mean, it’s a thought. Maybe she will try to do her own line of things or maybe she will go to work for another line. Still, you have to wonder what Amanda plans to do with her newfound freedom. She could go into a field completely different than what she’s trained for, she could try acting again (though something tells me she may not do that), or she could just try her hand at social media.
Tiktok is an interesting platform, though who knows if Amanda actually wants to pursue something like that. Still, we will keep our eyes peeled on her social media accounts to see what, if any announcements she makes regarding her future. Stay tuned!!!
