‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that the show will shake things up over the next two weeks. As the summer continues to bring heat, so will GH.
The lives of several characters will be affected as we start to move toward August. The end-of-July sweeps come with a few surprises.
Get ready for an intriguing and exciting next couple of weeks. Without further ado, here are the spoilers for July 22nd to August 2nd:
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: July 22nd to 29th
John “Jagger” Cates will order Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to come up with dirt on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or else Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) pays the price. But who didn’t see that coming?
Ava Jerome (Maura West) will tell Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) about Sonny’s medicine switch. What else will Ava do as she becomes more and more desperate to keep Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola)?
Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Blaze (aka Allison Rogers, played by Jacqueline Grace Lopez).will have an interview with notorious gossip columnist Perez Hilton.
Look for Kristina to be reeling after the interview. Perhaps it has something to do with T.J. Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) making a big decision. Will they present the expectant mother with adoption papers?
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will discover a lead that will take her right to Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure). With her incredible “spidey senses,” she’s bound to uncover new information.
Speaking of Anna, she will likely have some choice words for John once she finds out that he won’t set Jason free.
Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) brainstorm. They will likely strategize for Drew Quartermaine’s (Cameron Mathison) campaign. Meanwhile, the guilt she has over kissing Drew will get to Willow.
Carly will meet with Sonny. Is it possible he’ll behave in a volatile way that will make a lightbulb go off in Carly’s head and have her questioning once again that there may be something off with Sonny’s bipolar medication?
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) sure noticed that Sonny may be off his medicine, or at least he’s not acting like himself.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: July 29th to August 2nd
John will keep pushing Ava to give him incriminating information to help him take Sonny down. Will Ava cooperate with Agent Cates?
This week, Sonny’s mood starts to change. Sonny’s mental health is at stake, not to mention custody of his little girl.
More characters will start to see that Sonny no longer has control over himself. How far will he spiral downward continue before he hits rock bottom?
Sonny’s rage may be due to finding out that John is poised to take the mob boss down. He could also realize Anna’s role in allowing Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to take off without facing any consequences.
Or, it could also be due to the offer Jason receives. Will it involve taking down the kingpin? Is there a way out for Jason?
Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) is set to return to GH for one episode. Will the ghost of Sonny and Carly’s son haunt Sonny? Or will he torment Ava for what she’s done to his father?
Fans will see if the interview that Kristina and Alli did will be enough to save Blaze’s career. Blaze had a bad feeling about it, but perhaps her fears were unfounded.
Also in August, Kristina is supposed to go into labor. Will it happen sooner than she thinks? Giving up her baby, even if it is to her sister, will she really be able to let go?
Will Mac Scorpio (John J. York) ever forgive Cody Bell (Josh Kelly)? Mac is a forgiving, supportive man at heart, and he’s always wanted his own child. He may be willing to talk to Cody sooner than he thinks.
The residents of Port Charles will be busy for the next two weeks. You don’t want to miss a single second of the action.
