‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers predict Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) may decide to help Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) find out who is targeting Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Brennan Would Do Anything For Carly
As head of the WSB, Brennan is in a unique position to uncover whoever set the bomb in Sonny’s penthouse that almost killed Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and orchestrated a hit on Sonny after his heart surgery.
Since Carly is so close to Sonny, he may fear for her safety and propose to Sonny that he and the WSB investigate the threat against him and uncover the person who is after him.
Besides, Sonny is important to Carly and his loved ones. Since Brennan would do anything for Carly, it’s not hard to imagine him offering his assistance.
Jack may suggest to Sonny that he wants to help bring this person to justice using his WSB resources. Sonny may agree to his terms with one condition: Brennan leaves whoever it is to Sonny so he can retaliate.
It may be difficult to locate the individual responsible since they appear to be under the radar. The nurse who tried to kill Sonny was a nurse who worked at the hospital. It wouldn’t have been suspicious at all for a nurse to go into a patient’s room to supposedly check on them.
The nurse was likely offered a hefty sum to administer that lethal injection to Sonny. Thankfully, Brick (Stephen A. Smith) arrived in the nick of time, and he shot and killed the nurse before she could do any harm.
Whoever wants to eliminate Sonny is sneaky and has used very clever tactics to not be found out so far. However, if Jack and Sonny team up, they are bound to catch the culprit.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Jack And The WSB Discreetly Cleaned Up Brick’s Mess
Brennan may discover that Natalia Rameriz (Eva LaRue) leaked crucial information to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), and it’s possible that he lied to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) when he told him he wasn’t the one who bombed Sonny’s penthouse.
Jack has been suspicious of Sidwell for a long time. He even issued him a stark warning one day at the Metro Court.
Another option is that he could help Sonny the way he helped Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) figure out who the villain is.
Brennan could arrange for Sonny to find out on his own. If Sonny and Brennan take this person down together, they may even come to an understanding and facilitate a truce between them.
After all, when Brick called the WSB for help, Brennan flew across the country to help Brick clean up the mess. Then, Jack stood vigil over Sonny until Jason showed up.
Sonny was genuine when he thanked Jack for his help and discretion. We’re not saying Sonny and Brennan will become as close as brothers, but we know the two of them both care deeply for Carly. However, Jack recruited Joss for the WSB behind Carly’s back.
Some fans think Brennan may be the one targeting Sonny, but we sincerely hope that’s not the case. We finally have a viable love interest for Carly that isn’t Sonny. Hopefully, Jack is one of the good guys.
