‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers question why Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) would subpoena Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) to testify in Michael Corinthos’s (Rory Gibson) and Willow Tait Corinthos’s (Katelyn MacMullen) custody case.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Michael Isn’t Playing Games Anymore
June 2nd is almost here, and the battle for Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko) is about to get ugly.
It already has, as the May 27th episode of GH saw Willow and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) marching directly to the PCPD to report Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) for kidnapping.
Jason did exactly what Michael asked him to do and brought Amelia back to Grandma Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) home after he scooped up Wiley and took him out of the ballroom at the Nurses Ball. Sasha was babysitting Amelia when Michael arrived.
Michael isn’t playing games with Willow anymore. He’s not about to allow Willow and Drew to raise his children together. Michael has far more ammunition than they do in this fight.
Michael got drunk and had a secret one-night stand with Sasha. However, Willow and Drew slept together in the children’s playroom at the Quartermaine mansion. Not to mention, everyone saw the recording of them together at the Quartermaine Christmas party.
Drew’s scandal regarding his ketamine-fueled night with the sex worker doesn’t help Willow either. Sasha got pregnant, and as far as everyone else knows, her baby belongs to Jason.
Sasha and Jason agreed to keep the paternity a secret as everyone believed she was expecting Jason’s child anyway.
Meanwhile, Ric is Willow’s lawyer in this custody mess. Willow and Drew told him that Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) tried to dig up dirt on Michael to use against him, but found nothing.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Ric May Soon Find Out Sasha Is Carrying Michael’s Baby
Ric claimed he could do what Martin failed to do. Martin did not uncover any damaging information about Michael that could be presented in court.
Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) half-brother, Ric, despises the mob boss and has admitted he doesn’t think much of his nephew, Michael, either.
Ric is motivated by a desire for revenge against his brother. However, when he finds out Michael has returned from Germany, will he still feel confident that he can win this case?
The only prayer Ric has of nailing Michael to the wall in court is if he learns Sasha is carrying Michael’s baby.
Even then, Michael’s lawyer, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), could argue that Michael was hurt and disappointed in Willow when he learned she kissed Drew. He would never have strayed from Willow otherwise.
In today’s episode of GH, Michael tries to assure Sasha that everything will be okay, but we can see ruthless Ric pulling a fast one as he aims to take Michael down in court.
We have to wonder why Ric has called upon Sasha to testify. Does Ric suspect something is off regarding the true nature of Sasha and Jason’s relationship? Or worse, what if Ric spies Sasha and Michael in a close moment and the paternity lie unravels?
Hopefully, Jason, Michael, and Sasha will strategize. Hopefully, devising a fail-safe plan before they step into the courtroom and are blindsided should Ric discover the truth.
