‘General Hospital’ spoilers update for Tuesday, March 19 relate that Elizabeth is so relieved to find out that Franco is actually innocent and that all those confessions of murder were just a ruse! She understands why he teamed up with Jordan in order to lure Ryan out, but she was very hurt by it all and their relationship is currently in critical condition. Will she be able to get past all the lies or is it time to pull the plug? Logic is screaming at Liz to run screaming in the opposite direction—and who could blame her? But, to quote an old Collin Raye song ‘logic never could convince a heart’, so we shall see what develops between those two.

Kim is worried about Oscar, which in turn causes Julian to worry about Kim. Of course Julian can’t actively help her with curing her son’s brain tumor, but he’s still concerned about he well-being. So he does a really sweet thing and puts together a little care package for Kim—aww, how precious! Drew learns of Oscar’s latest test results and they aren’t good. Oscar had his worst seizure yet, which means that the tumor has grown. The teen asks about how much time he has left and gets a devastating answer, he will have to rely on his family as he prepares for the next and final chapter of his young life.

Anna gives Alex an ultimatum, either she gives up the information and tells her which memories are rightfully hers, or she won’t lift a finger for the cure. Alex finally confesses to a mission long ago that she screwed up and Anna finally realizes that she has been feeling bad about a mistake that she didn’t even make! Alex clams up after that, but not before Anna realizes that Peter may not be her son—but Alex’s instead.
Ava has been through the ringer and is understandably not doing well right now, Carly decides to give her some tough love by giving her some advice and telling her to pull herself up by her bootstraps for Avery’s sake if no one else’s. Julian also decides to give her some tough love brotherly advice as well. Poor Ava, sounds like she needs a hug and a nap! Meanwhile, in Turkey, Sonny tries to convince Dante to trust him, and to let him help him fix his plan—apparently this ‘fix’ requires Dante pretending to take Sonny out so they can both have a way home—but is that really a wise decision, Sonny? Most logic would point to ‘not really’. Stay tuned!!!
