‘General Hospital’ spoilers relate that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) seems to be dropping hints, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) has made things worse, there’s a reunion, and Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) is preparing herself for the road ahead. In case you missed Monday’s General Hospital spoilers, let’s catch you up on the highlights with your daily General Hospital recap.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sonny Puts Life On the Line To Help Dante After Sabotaging Turkey Mission, Carly Stressors Keep Piling On With Sonny Away – Complicated Pregnancy Gets More Complicated
Sasha and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) are talking about the wedding at the pub, and there’s a definite tension going on. Both sides seem to be feeling each other out and making pointed comments. Sasha definitely pushes the point of wanting Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford) to have the happiness she deserves. She makes it clear how much she likes Nina and the relationship they’re building.

Later on, Peter approaches Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and tells her that he thinks Sasha is on to them. He tells her about their conversation. We’ll see what impact this has on them pushing the issue. Sasha, by the way, seems to still be dealing with a crisis of conscience. She also runs into Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) at the pub. After she learns about his last relationship, she puts up a bit of a wall between them. And we’re sort of low-key hoping they never tell the truth, because we kind of like Sasha.
Thanks, Dad
After last week’s cliffhanger where Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is asked to shoot his father, Dante does just that—except he barely gets his arm. He argues they’d be better off not killing Sonny, who operates beneficial trade routes. If they do, Jason Morgan will take over and go after them. Plus, he won’t be keeping any of the routes open. He challenges Raj (Noshir Dalal) to do his homework and see what happens to people who cross Sonny. Raj has to think about this, but he makes it clear that if he decides Sonny must die, Dante is the one who is going to do the dirty deed.
Later on, Dante visits Sonny in the cell he’s being held in. Dante lets Sonny know that he purposefully didn’t deliver a kill shot and tells Sonny he kind of screwed things up. Apparently, Dante had spent months as a captive in that very cell as he worked to prove his worth. He was about two seconds from being sent back to Port Charles when Sonny came along and threw a wrench in the works. Dante’s plan was to convince the bad guys he not only wanted on their team, but that he’d be a more valuable asset back home as he looked out for the interests through his position with the PCPD. Once home, he was planning to give all the info to the authorities. Sonny’s arrival (and Dante’s improv move to keep dad alive) might have changed things. Sonny informs Dante of the situation with Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) and he’s shocked. He wants to get back asap, and Sonny think he has an idea to make that happen.
Back in Port Charles, Mike Corbin (Max Gail) is wanting to see Yvonne (Janet Hubert). Marcus Godfrey (Nigel Gibbs) had called Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) after Yvonne fell to keep Mike distracted outside the home while they run tests on Yvonne to make sure she’s okay. Mike is agitated and keeps wanting to go back to the home. He also thinks they shouldn’t eat until Sonny gets there. Carly tries to distract him by telling him and Michael about her pregnancy, but that just makes him fixate on Sonny even more. He keeps insisting on calling him, and Carly very patiently explains they can’t, because he’s overseas helping Dante with something. Again… poor Carly just can’t seem to avoid the whole stress thing. We are really getting a bad feeling.
Also: Stella Henry (Vernee Watson-Johnson) is very impressed with Marcus for having the compassion to inform Mike’s family of the situation, feeling he went above and beyond. We’re really feeling for Marcus, and love the growing bond between him and Stella.
Sisterly hate?
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has been reunited with her twin, Alex Marick. The two have an awesome exchange that really shows there is not a whole lotta love between the two. When Alex tries to play coy about the situation at hand, Anna calls her out for lying and selling Anna out to the highest bidder during that original study. She offers Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) help in exchange for telling Anna which of her memories actually belong to Alex.
The road ahead
Jordan’s been given the all-clear to go home, but before she does, Stella drops by to greet her and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). She also wants to fill Jordan in on what she can expect as she goes through dialysis, including the fatigue she’ll experience as she adjusts and what diet changes she’ll have to make yet. She tells Jordan she can still have a healthy, active life and there’s a lot of it ahead for her. Curtis lets mention of babies slip, which throws them both (and Stella) for a loop. Stella suggests that’s a topic better addressed by someone else at the hospital. After Stella leaves, Curtis tries to brush the topic aside, but Jordan thinks they need to discuss that if he made such a slip.
