If there is one thing that residents of Port Charles are very good at doing, it’s keeping secrets. But if there is one thing they suck at, it’s telling the truth. As many fans will find out during this episode, Finn Hamilton is no different. That’s because he is going to struggle to tell Anna that he has a secret daughter with Hayden Barnes. He doesn’t want to disrupt all of the progress that he has made with Anna but at the same time he knows that keeping a secret like this will most definitely have its consequences.

Elsewhere, Jax – being the part time investigator that he is – will stop Laura from taking her next step and that’s because he has more information to share. Also, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is going to get a phone call that will leave him in a panicked state. Does this mean that Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) future is in jeopardy? That might be the case as it looks like the beautiful brunette will certainly be spending a good time behind bars, despite Jason’s efforts to save her.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers also tease there is going to be plenty of activity in Pentonville. That’s because Nina Reeves has some choice words. Afterwards, she is going to visit her brother’s grave. Also, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) will be surprised to see an unexpected visitor. There is a very good chance that she might soon walk the streets of Port Charles as a free woman in no time. This, in turn, is bad news for the Corinthos family!
