‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) still has a lot of explaining to do, Laura Webber (Genie Francis) gets a surprise, and Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) has finally met his match. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has to navigate her new relationship, while Ava Jerome (Maura West) is seeking help If you missed it, let’s catch up on some ‘General Hospital’ spoilers.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Explaining to do
Laura isn’t the only one with questions as to Peter’s involvement in the night’s events. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), having heard about the Wiley situation and Peter’s part, rushes to GH to see if he’s okay. She’s relieved to learn that he is fine and just happened to come across Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) and give him and the child a ride.
But she does wonder what he was doing there. Peter’s explanation of looking for a place nearby satisfies her for about a half second, until she realizes that it still doesn’t make sense of Peter’s big bank withdraw. It was made before she brought up the idea of him needing a steady space. He lies that he’d been thinking of doing so for a while, actually, and just hadn’t told her yet. She’s touched that he was already planning a space they could all share and her questions are settled.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Spilled beans
Meanwhile, Laura meets with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) in the wake of the Shiloh incident and says she won’t have time to work on the case with him for a few days.
He keeps his promise to be discreet about the case, but Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) returns to the table they were sharing and thinks that when Curtis said he’d brought Laura in on this, he’d brought her in all the way. She is the one who ends up spilling all about the codicil and Laura is surprised. Oops. Curtis deadpans that he hadn’t told her anything.
Now that Laura’s in, they bring her all in and she is somewhat intrigued here, but she’s also worried about Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel). She’s concerned he may actually be the associate that neither one will name. She wonders if Spencer is better off with things as they are, but she does have to admit that Hayden has a point about Spencer deserving what’s rightfully his not being in the hands of his father’s murderer. Once alone, she places a call to Spencer, saying she needs to talk to him about something.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Saved by the flare – Shiloh Is Dead
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), having committed a massive #fail when he, you know, didn’t make sure the dangerous fugitive who’d been attacking Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) was actually dead, was attacked by Shiloh at the end of the last episode. It’s not looking good for Jason as the action picks up today. That is, until Sam comes up behind them and shoots him with a flare. Shiloh ends up going overboard, and the pair are soon able to return to dry land and get to the hospital. There are a lot of questions to answer later, but for now, Jason is most concerned with Sam’s wounds.
Once she’s been checked out and she and Jason are alone, she admits there was a little more than defending Jason behind that move. She is glad to know that others are safe now. She better keep that talk quiet, or that won’t be good for her.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Identifying Shiloh – Is Shiloh Really Dead?
The police are obviously investigating Sam McCall and Jason’s version of events. They’re checking the Haunted Star for any clues that will back up their story when someone finds a body.
It’s later transported to GH, where Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) volunteers to identify the body. And we can’t with the fact they literally do this like right by the Nurses’ station. Seriously? Okay, Shiloh Archer wasn’t a great guy, but doing that right in the middle of the hospital seems disrespectful, in a way. Not to mention very uncomfortable and awkward for anyone who happens by that area. For now, Shiloh haters rejoice as it looks that the charismatic DoD leader is dead. However, if we know one thing, it’s that villains don’t tend to stay dead for long, so look out for the possibility of Shiloh not being totally done yet, as unlikely as that looks right now.
‘General Hospital’spoilers: Delete?
Also today, the relationship between Alexis and Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) progresses today. She’s feeling a bit embarrassed by making their first date a Drag Bingo excursion, and thinks that she is still a relationship fail. Neil, however, doesn’t see things that way. He is, in fact, enjoying their time together and thinks they shouldn’t think too much on it. The one thing he is thinking over is deleting his dating profile. He ultimately chooses to say, “Yes” to the “Are you sure you want to delete?” prompt.
‘General Hospital’ spoilers: Seeking help
Neil may not be seeing Alexis as a patient anymore, but he’s going to be a very busy man with his new patient: Ava. He may, in fact, be tempted to apologize to Alexis for any hints that she was difficult after he gets done treating Ava. She goes on about her pain and many losses, getting very angry sounding at times. She’s also going on about being in agony over the Crimson article comments that are still coming in. He handles her well enough, though, and she eventually opens up about Nikolas Cassadine (Nick Stabile) and how he was pretty much the start of a series of major losses and pain.
